|I began researching my family history in 2002 more from "curiosity" than hobby. Genealogy has since become a most treasured pastime. I have documented my Fuller line back to the mid-1700s -and continuing my quest. My love for cemeteries came shortly after discovering a more than 125+ year old - practically abandoned - cemetery in Russell Co., Alabama where my great-grandparents are buried. Born in 1960 - I never knew them (they died in 1934 and 1936 respectively). Further research proved more than 50 related descendants in the same cemetery - and suddenly I was hooked! I enjoy researching, documenting, photographing and logging family descendants - at the same time; helping others who are searching for their ancestors final resting place in the city I live. A posting on a message board might catch my eye and I offer to assist if I can. I also love to log and post photographs of non-related grave markers/stones in hopes my contributions may one day help others find their long-lost descendants....If your need is in the Atlanta area, feel free to reach out to me.......JF|

|Karyn Buckner Garvin||Concord and Old Concord Cemeteries|
Hi, I noticed quite a few duplicate entries that are in both of these cemeteries.
Once cemetery is listed as Concord Cemetery, in which you have your entries:
there's also a cemetery called Old Concord here, added to Find A Grave at a later date and in which there are memorials with no photos that match some of your entries in Concord Cemetery:
is this supposed to be the same or different properties?
Could you review the problem and work with the other contributors to resolve? If this is the same cemetery it can be merged but if it's not all the entries need to be checked to make sure they are in the right cemetery. Either way duplicate entries need to be deleted.

Hi Jon, I can't add parents to these children if I don't manage them. You will have to add parents to the childrens records.
Or am I confused? (nothing new :-)

|BlowingBubbles||Hello and god day!|
Do you ever go out to Shiloh Cemetery in Perry County Alabama? My 2nd great grandfather, Isaac Curtis Mayes is buried there. I suspect he may have a broken gravemarker. He was married to a "Fuller" --Fuller family is buried there. He also owned land in Perry County Alabama before he died.

Do you have any idea where in the cemetery she is buried? The cemetery office has no record of her.

I'm a big believer in linking family. I forgot to add her maiden name when I changed things. Please add that too.

You're welcome, Jon. I'm just glad I was able to find it for you.
