I am new to Find A Grave, but have been researching my family for over 30 years. It started with family stories and has led to making contacts with relatives I didn't know existed. I think this is a great way to honor your ancestors and bring families together. I love history and am entering data for the cemeteries that I have information on.

If any of the people I have entered are your relatives, contact me using the edit link and tell me how you are related and I will transfer management to you.

My family comes mostly from Pennsylvania and Maryland. Surnames from my family include: Arrington, Bonebrake, Carson, Cerfass, Cearfoss, Hipsley, Hobbs, Kendall, Parlett, Sehman, Venrick, and Zerfass.

Another project that I am working on is identifying the burial place of those who do not have grave markers in the county that I live in. The families should know where their loved ones are buried.

Walter J. White Find A Grave Memorial# 130416638
Please note that his full name was "William Walter James White," and that he was born in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia on 13 November 1872, and died in Atlanta on 30 October, 1934. He was buried--as per his death certificate--on 1 November, 1934. His parents were Francis Osborne "Frank" White (1849-1934) and Mary Elizabeth Amanda "Mollie" Stephens (1856-1904) Find A Grave Memorial# 100998829. Her husband F.O. Frank White is presumed to lie buried beside her at Utoy, but if so, he is in an unmarked grave. Could you please either make these changes and link him to his mother, or at least transfer him to me, so I can do it? Thanks! (I am his 1st cousin, several times removed.)My F-a-G # is 47631549.

George T. Adams and Alice Eliza McArthur Adams
Hello,

I noticed that you created a memorial for Alice Eliza McArthur Adams, wife of George Thomas Ezekiel Adams. I had two questions:

1. Where did you find her death record?
2. Do you know where George is buried?

Thanks!

Nancie Lovett Perdue Whitfield Dubard
Smyrna Cemetery
Mark, I have sent out messages to many people today about transferring Nancie's memorials. Several were from the same cemetery. I will transfer any you have already requested and will wait a couple of days to give the others I have contacted time to respond to my email. Then I will transfer all of hers in that cemetery to you. I am glad to transfer to someone who is interested in a specific cemetery. I know they will be cared for then.

Thanks,

Pat Millican

Pine Grove Cemetery
Mark,

Talk about coincidences. I have a few inadvertent duplicates to your memorials at Pine Grove, but they have headstone pictures all taken on June 1st, too. If you agree, it seems that the best way is for me to transfer the memorials to you which would save me deleting the memorial and adding the pictures to your memorial later.

Are you going to enter more burial records for Pine Grove? I am in the process of taking pictures for the entire cemetery and do not want to duplicate your work.

I was out in the cemetery taking pictures on Sunday, June 1st, and in placing memorials in Pine Grove today I see that you have place similar memorials with no picture on the same day. Are you following me or just putting in memorials from burial records?

Cearfoss Zerfass
Mark, an unrelated question. Are you familiar with volunteer Janice Lemaster 47119496? She is connected with the Zerfass family. I have no connection with her, other than I just saw those names in her profile. Just thought I'd share it.

Benjamin Will Ady
Mark,
I just found a document (application for headstone from the military) that listed Benjamin W Ady's death date. It was 14 Feb 1937 -
Thought you might like to have that info.

RE: Katie Gertrude Lowe
Thank you for replying so soon. I believe she is my great-great grandmother, and all the pedigree charts I have gotten say her middle name started with a 'V'. If you wouldn't mind emailing that to me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I NOTICED YOU HAVE A VIRTUAL CEMETERY FOR THIS BATTALION. I KNOW OF THREE GRAVES THAT YOU CAN ADD TO THIS. MY GREAT GRANDFATHER THOMAS EDWARD BOLLEN WHO IS BURIED IN THE BUCHANAN CITY CEMETERY IN HARALSON CO. GA., HIS BROTHER JAMES J. BOLLING BURIED IN THE COLLINS SPRINGS CEMETERY IN COBB CO. GA. AND JOHN W. HUMPHRIES WHO IS BURIED AT PINEY WOODS IN HARALSON CO. GA. THEY WERE ALL THERE AT APPOMATTOX ON APRIL 15, 1865 WHEN LEE SURRENDERED TO GRANT IN VIRGINIA.
