Hi Bill,

A second cousin of mine is putting together a collection of Find A Grave memorials that groups together descendants of our 2nd great grandfather MW Fox. I found that you have created a memorial for my half-brother W Murray Fox (#71616276). I'd like to include this memorial plus add to it for my cousin's project. Would you mind transferring management?

Best Regards,

Richard Fox

RE: Dr Thomas S. Arnold
No, I don't. I don't know if the funeral parlor would release the information to non-family members. Sometimes the family will hold the cremains until the spouse passes and do a joint burial. I'm not related but grew up in the same town his father graduated high school (in fact I went to the same school building).

RE: Robert Charles Deshler
I've written to ANC asking them to correct the marker. We'll see how long it takes. Thanks for the heads-up.

Robert Charles Deshler
Findagrave memorial #76570575 - would it be possible to notify someone to fix the tombstone for Robert? Near the bottom of the stone, they spelled "Soldiers", "Soliders". It's a small thing but important to at least get the spelling on a veterans stone correct. Robert is not my ancestor, but I would try to take care of it if he were. My father is in a Ft Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado, and I am thankful his stone is correct! Thanks!

RE: Twin City Cemetery
Bill,
I have noticed that find a grave list both cemeteries as #1 & 2. I do not know how they tell the difference between the two. Twin City Cemetery (Whetsell) was founded in 1987 when John Whetsell died. So anyone buried before 1987 would be in the Twin City-Coleman Cemetery. They are right next to each other. Twin City Cemetery used to be Whetsell Cemetery. Do not know when the name changed. If you are a Coleman or Rountree they are all buried in the Coleman Cemetery. Proctor is a Rountree, so all of his family is buried in the Coleman Cemetery. Hope this helps. Notice a lot of errors on these Cemeteries in Find A Grave.

Twin City Cemetery
There are to Twin City Cemeteries located in Twin City, Ga. Both are right next to each other. The oldest is Twin City-Coleman Cemetery. Land was donated for a cemetery by my grandfather Jerry T. Coleman. The other cemetery is the Twin City Cemetery. Land was donated by John E. Whetsell. People here call it the Whetsell Cemetery. Proctor Jones is buried in the Twin City-Coleman Cemetery. In the Cemeteries of Emanuel County Georgia pulblish ed by Moses M. Coleman, Jr., the names are listed as Coleman Cemetery (Twin City) and Twin City Cemetery.
It is very confusing unless you live here and know the difference. Most of the funeral homes list Twin City Cemetery as burial place instead of Twin City-Coleman Cemetery. Some just list Coleman Cemetery.
