I enjoy helping people, photography and genealogy so visiting nearby cemeteries to provide photos is a natural fit and my pleasure.... besides it gives me some needed exercise!|
If you see a memorial I created that you want to manage please email me and I will gladly transfer it to you. Please include your Contributor ID# that appears beside your name in your profile.
If you want to use any of the photos that I have taken and posted feel free to do so...just drop me a line, I may also have a different view of the photo.
I have copies of the old Philos Cemetery burial books and maps and also I have access to St James' Episcopal Church records here in Westernport.
Information for many of the Fazenbaker memorials is from the book " The Fazenbaker Family of Western Maryland" by Walter L. Warnick 1991.
I reside in Westernport, Allegany Co, Maryland
I have permission of the Piedmont Herald Newspaper to use their printed obituaries. The Herald is closed and no longer in business.

Thank you very much for taking the time to take this picture. I don't get to West Virginia that often, so it is great that some locally does this. It is greatly appreciated!

My father in law, Robert Ray Kurtz, was friends with "Davey Fazenbaker" during the years he lived in Addison, Pa c. 1910-1930. I dont know anything more than that, no details. As I have worked on my husbands family tree, I've identified another relative, Charles Henry Tod Kurtz married a Florence Fazenbaker. I am trying to figure out if "Davey" was actually a relative as well as a friend. Do you have a tree that connects these folks?
Thank you for any insights,
Linda Killmeyer Kurtz
