|John Dunnville||Luman Latham's father|
Thank you so much for capturing so many grave stones and resulting info on the Lathams of Leeds County. Luman is my 3rd Great Grandfather and I am trying to find out about his parents, particularly his father so I can my continue my search. I have been stalled at Luman for 2 + yrs ! Have you any info on him??

Wow. Actually I had all the family for the family member that had requested it. I meant no harm by the request to you. But playing by your game, you would not have known the whole family if not for my memorials. I don't really care who had it first. Obviously you did not play with others very well. I hope you enjoy all my research and I promise never to make another request to you.
Please have a nice day and try to smile.

Thanks Shirley, I have the same information, but I couldn't find any gravesite for James. I believe he was cremated. I'll check with the cemetery if they have any record. His 2nd wife, Doris Hackett is buried there, but there are not dates listed for her, and hope they can provide that. Let me know if you have anything else, I'd like to add him to his parents.

I found Edith Eva (Campbell) Hackett (27 May 1898-26 Oct 1970) buried at the Mountain View cemetery in Vancouver, BC (Fraser & 41st). I believe her husband was James Hackett. I was wondering if you have any more information about them.
My connection is to their granddaughter, Sharon Anne (Hackett) Allinger, who is married to my cousin Philip. Sharon's father was Lloyd Franklin Hackett, and we are looking for his dates. Her mother is Karen Agnes Dahl (*22 Jul 1927); daughter of John Emil Dahl and Agnes McKenzie.

I am in the process of posting images from all the extant monuments found on two visits to the Cemetery this summer. I have retrieved a copy of a transcription done by Louise I(rene?) Hope of the Ontario Genealogical Society in 1993.
See MS 451, Reel 105; item 3; Lanark County, Drummond Twp.
The only maps of the cemetery found so far are those for the Presbyterian Portion so in absence of an official Lot and Plot I am using the index from the 1993 transcription.
When I have completed posting the images and correlating the burial records from the Presbyterian, Anglican and Catholic Congregations I will be updating the Transcription and submitting it to the Ottawa Branch of the OGS and the names to the Ontario Name Index (TONI).
There is much confusion surrounding burials at this cemetery as after it was closed to new plots being acquired in 1872 many of the remains were moved to Elmwood Cemetery (mostly Presbyterian and Anglican), St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery or others. Also I have found some records here of Methodist burials that are likely at the Old Methodist Burying Ground in Perth and am working with the creators to have them moved to the correct place.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you Shirley for the return message. The Memorial number #47115347 is actually your Find A Grave contributor number and I messed up there. lol Yes I was looking for the Levi who married Elizabeth Billings and looks like I've gotten something mixed up and have some work to do. Thank you for letting me know!

I would like to ask permission to use the image of Levi Comstock and Elizabeth Billings headstones on their profiles I have created on Wikitree. Thank you for your time and making this a wonderful way in which to learn more about our ancestors.
