Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Illinois and love genealogy and find a grave. I like to try and fulfill any requests for fag and am willing to help anyone who needs it.
I am willing to transfer any sites I do to family members. Lately I am getting emails asking about Information on some people that I have input. Please use the EDIT BUTTON. I am not into how many photos I can post with the information like it is some kind of race to do the most. I just want to do the best job I can and I am always open for suggestions on my errors when asked.
This is a great site for people looking for genealogy family and for loved ones.

Estella Firestone Swift obituary
I noticed an obituary from the Decatur Preview for Estella Firestone Swift who is buried at the Fairlawn Cemetery in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. I do not know if you entered this or was previously entered by kpet. I would like to see if there is an obituary for Estella's mother, Caroline Nelson Firestone #15582552, who died on 3/22/1916 in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, of which I see an Illinois Death Certificate available in Springfield. I do not know if the Decatur Preview has been digitized, can be searched using NewspaperArchives.com., or can be found at the main library in Decatur itself? Your help would be appreciated.

RE: overly posted
Thanks so much, Janet. I really appreciate the help you've given me in linking my large families together in Illinois.

Are you related to any of them?

I appreciate your photo. When I become brave enough, I'll put mine up.

Thanks again.

Hello Janet! Lloyd Watson Snell Jr.'s page now has his father (Lloyd Sr.) listed as a sibling. Hope this wasn't something I did in editing incorrectly. Hope you can fix. Thanks so much for all you do for FindAGrave! Jane

RE: John Kilpatrick
I removed my photo of the Veteran marker. I suppose it could be from some other grave & had fallen or was on the ground for some reason & someone picked it up & just stuck it near a nearby stone.

If I lived closer I'd go in person & ask them to remove it.

I added your links to his parents. Any idea when he died?

Re Richard Jay Montgomery
That is the sad thing about Find A Grave. There is no way I would ever know that Richard had another memorial listed in another state with the wrong burial date. I am a Meador & made the trip from Fort Smith, Arkansas to take the memorial photographs of my Meador family. Thanks so much for catching the mistakes.

God Bless YOU!!!

RE: Maroa, illinois ((Cemetary))
You got family at Maroa as well... cool! i LOVE cemetaries -- most people ((Gram, for one)) think cemetaries are creepy... but i love walking thru a cemetary specially an OLD cemetary!!

it's nice to know somebody who has been down to Maroa, Illinois -- it's just nice to know somebody else ((outside of my family)) who is not connected, to my family.

:O) :O) :O)
