I do not accept any edit or transfer requests left as messages on this page, please use the Edit tab in the upper right corner of a memorial.|
I do not copy and paste obituaries, so if you send a correction with an obituary verbatim, it will be ignored. Take the time to write a bio instead of copying someone else's work.
Lastly, I don't link to burial unknowns and I do follow the Find a Grave guidelines for transfers. Get over it.

I get that too. My friends husband died & I went to his site to leave flowers. Someone had put my friend's mother in the wrong cemetery/county, linked her to a man she wasn't married too and added a daughter she never had. I think a lot of it comes from Ancestry. I use Ancestry as a guide, not fact. Some of the trees on there are a mess.
Thank you for your message and explanation. Now I understand. I may use this method myself.

Thanks for noticing the dates
Don't add it.

Thank you for linking Albert to his family!

I did not change his death place to Candler. He was in a nursing home in Buncombe County and I am not sure which one he was in. So I left it at Buncombe County. Glenn was my second cousin

Thanks for the information on Robert
First of all, the headstone writing was so badly disintegrating that it was impossible to read any inscription or date, the weather had done more damage than I could have ever done. At least with the shaving crème the name and date was somewhat readable for the requestor and for your info, I carried water to make sure the crème was safely removed.
