Bio and Links
Bio Photo I owe a considerable debt of gratitude to the early FindAGrave pioneers who took so much of their time to document historical information. Had it not been for them, I might never have found ancillary ancestors, not to mention long-lost living cousins.

It's an honor to pay it forward by assisting you with searches, edits, citations, obituaries, and photo requests.

My family ties are in Kansas and Missouri, and I still visit regularly. Although I live in Texas, we have one of the largest genealogical libraries in Houston - and I'm more than happy to assist you with data not accessible via Ancestry or other on-line searches.

COUSIN BAIT - LOL My surname focus primarily includes MOORE, POWELL, PEERY, FLOURNOY, HUSTED, and FRADD - so if you're a distant cousin, let's collaborate!

Transfers - I usually transfer to direct-line descendants per FindAGrave guidelines but will make exceptions on an individual basis.

Photos - You're welcome to incorporate the photos I've taken for your personal use and uploading. I'd simply appreciate credit for having taken the photo - not for ego's sake - but in hopes that I can locate more lost cousins.

Death Certificates - My humble opinion ... the posting of death certificates, while helpful to the genealogist, is not an appropriate venue for FindAGrave. These listings are called "memorials" for a reason. No matter how much time has passed, the information contained in a death certificate can often be emotionally devastating to the descendants. Another consideration: depending on the date of death, the informants could still be living - therefore opening a liability for identity theft.

Obituaries Thank you for your research and for passing them on! If possible, please provide your source, so I can follow FindAGrave's copyright guidelines. Depending on how recent the death, I may need to redact the names of living individuals, simply for that pesky identity theft thing.

Questions, comments, or long-lost cousin? Let's collaborate! We can all learn from one another; that's the fun of being a member of FindAGrave.

Happy searching,
Chris
