You must purchase a deed of land to be buried. Funny, even to die you are required to own property.

Lost at sea at my Virtual cemetery. Stop by and offer a life vest, well okay, a flower of compassion.

Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield, MO. My sources are many besides my wandering through the cemetery. MO. Death Certificates on-line, Greene County Missouri Cemeteries Vol IX 3 book series Hazelwood Cemetery by Ozarks Genealogical Society. Walking and photographing of the stones. Constant in touch with the staff at the cemetery to find information. To those helped thanks for the letting me know. Thanks to those that have furnished corrections, or the added information that would help.

Altha Myrtle Averill Find A Grave Memorial# 38291450
You surely went out of your way to show me where her grave was located, even though she did not have a marker. I know how difficult the search can be. I have looked for graves of family members in the local cemeteries, and it isn't always easy to find a plot that isn't marked. Thank you so much Judy.

By the way, my maiden name is Young and I have had family members who lived in Missouri. My Great Grandfather - Find A Grave Memorial# 87123485.

I so appreciate you filling my request,

Thank you
Thank you so very much for the kind note and for answering my question about transfers.
I understand what you mean about having to proof read what youíve typed to see if it matches what you think you typed. I canít believe some the mistakes Iíve made and must always remember to proof read my entries. Iíve also made a number of mistakes when I correct a year in an edit and find I didnít also type in the month and day that were there already and were correct and I didnít want them to be dropped but didnít retype them as I needed to.
I see that you still have the death date of Feb 22, 1915 for George J. B. Skinner and that the stone states 1914. Iím not saying for a moment that you are wrong, Iíve seen the wrong date on the headstone in my own great, great grandfather, but I was wondering if you might be kind enough to tell me how you established this date instead. I have been chastised for asking such questions of other ďmemorial ownersĒ before and truly mean no disrespect in asking.
Thank you very much
Jess Bromley
