After you do the auto edit for the birth date, I will contact the person who added the 'spouse' and the photos and get it straightened out. They obviously had the wrong person.

|Rachel Keller||Wm and Mariah DeBolt|
Hi Dave..it has taken me most of the day to sort out William and Mariah DeBolt. 34 family histories on Ancestry, and Familysearch and many of my own family had attributed William DeBolt as "our" William DeBolt. I guess I went along with that and did not check myself. This William DeBolt married to Mariah Vance was and is correct but he is not our ancestor. The information for he and Mariah is correct and I have added some things to his bio...you may change, edit or delete whatever you feel is unnecessary. I would like to leave the note that states he was not Barbara Ellen Moore DeBolt's so if questions arise I may be able to help. The children at Thompson-Shoup cemetery can be linked back to them as I have deleted the children that were listed that do not belong to them. Rebecca Domigan was their child as well as Mary Bethia Davis and Lucinda.
Searching for "our" William DeBolt who was alive in 1880 with my great grandparents in Licking Co Ohio..but unable to locate a death record for him. Someone has him as died in 1882 but I can not find any record to support that either.
I appreciate your help and sorry!!! for my confusion earlier..thank you..Rachel Keller

|Carol Guinn Jenkins||Christopher and Sarah Smith|
Do you happen to know any thing more about this Christopher and Sarah Smith buried at Spring Hill Cemetery in Hamilton County Ohio? I am trying to connect a Christopher Smith who bought ground at Cincinnati --the ground was in Franklin County IN in 1812. The memorial that I got their names from was their son Christopher who was born about 1814.
My ancestor was taken in and cared for by Smith's and I am trying to locate them if possible.
|Essex||Clara Ella Anderson|
Thank you for leaving a remembrance on Clara Anderson's memorial. I was advised today that she was actually moved from Memorial Mound and re-interred at Brighton Cemetery. Memorial number 127163124 lists her being there, so I'm deleting the memorial I created for her.

|David Mattinson||Davisson Family History|
We have corresponded before regarding South Charleston, Oh history etc. I was recently doing some research on the John Clemans or Clemens family and noticed some parallels to the Davisson family migrations from the east coast. The Clemens family history I have read started in Connecticut, to Long Island, to New Jersey (Burlington area), then to Harrison County, WV (VA at the time), then to Fayette County, Oh near Jeffersonville, then to Clark County, near South Charleston, Oh. In reading the bio for Isaac Davisson, Sr., it sounds very similar to the travels of the Davisson family although they did go to Warren County before coming to Clark County Ohio. I found a site on Harrison County, WV that documents the Davisson family's history in Harrison County http://www.wvhcgs.com/.
I would like to learn more about the Davisson family move from Harrison County to Ohio and the possible stop in Augusta County, PA or Redstone area. My Clemens family history passed down mentions Redstone but it is very sketchy. Any info you could share would be appreciated.
|Ed Whiteman||R Jessie Margaret Dunlap Brewer|
Hello Dave. My name is Ed Whiteman and I am a great grand son of Jessie (memorial # 68987992). I thought that I might mention that her name never included the name "Ruth". Ruth was the 1st name of her 1st child. Except for one census , all other records report her birth to be in New York. Jessie told me that she was born in New York during a church mission of her father, the Rev. Albert Dunlap. I addition to her daughter Mary Margaret Brewer Ryer (1905-1995, memorial # 77054431), Jessie had three other children. (1) Ruth Landis Brewer Bruck (1901-1990), also buried at Green Lawn Cemetery. No memorial number. (2) Charles A. Brewer (1907-1975). I was a pall bearer for him in Cincinnati, but I can't remember the name of the cemetery. (3) Joy L. Brewer (1911-1975, buried at Green Lawn, (memorial # 68988275). In life , I knew all these relatives very well. The difference in the name of Jessies' daughter Mary, is due to Mary preferring to be known by her middle name, Margaret. Thanks for your consideration, Ed whiteman.
