I am a retired naval officer. I am addicted to genealogy. I love puttering around in cemeteries, even if I don't know any of the people there personally. I like to find and meet new cousins that I didn't know previously and share genealogical info with them. If you go back far enough, we are all cousins.|
Families I am particularly interested in include:
Zellner, Coffey, Harrell, Welch, Hayes, Rucker, Hipsher/Hipshire, Lorenz, Slocum, and Adams.
I have a special interest in the genealogy of many of the families who settled in Grainger County, Tennessee. They intermarried early and often, and if you are kin to any of them, you are likely kin to all of them.
The Millers were Volga Germans who immigrated to the U.S.A. in 1875. I have lots of information on them and the other Volga German families they intermarried with. I am happy to share with anyone who is researching that area.
I am always happy to transfer to a relative, even a distant one (unless they are my relatives, too!). I don't mind managing all the records I have created, but I am more than happy to transfer them to someone else with a direct interest to manage.
Feel free to use any photo I have posted. I wouldn't have posted them, if I didn't want to share.

|Margo Krieger||Sarah Montgomery memorial|
Sarah Frances was my gg grandmother, listed on memorial 29025300 in Ryan, Ok. Could you transfer her memorial so that I can try to connect her to her husband?
She was a daughter of Francis & Marietta Hilburn and married Samuel King Montgomery, who is buried in Texarkana, Texas. Joy Helloms who lived in or near Ryan at the time found Sarah's tombstone for me years ago and sent a picture and gave me these dates. I am forever grateful for that and for the images of Sarah's memorial here! Thank you for adding her.
