Currently the technology leader of a global non-profit.|
My primary hobby is genealogy, and I have been primarily working on the Taglieri, Nobile, Morton, Carfagno, Ford, Stewart, Oates, and Silverthorn families history. I have also been working on allied families and helping others as I get the time.
Currently I am focused on the Ortona dei Marsi genealogy from the 1700's until present.
Best way to reach me is Email. I rarely look at the public messages. Its easier for me to follow up on requests, changes, etc, via email and keep track of any open tasks.

|Eddie Kennedy||Mary Alice Foster (nee Latimer)|
While searching Find A Grave and searching information regarding George R. Foster, I came across your email address. I am hoping you will and would be able to help us.
We know that George R. Foster's father was George Foster. and his step-mother was Mary Alice Foster (nee Latimer) who is our relative, my great-aunt who was originally from Arichat, Nova Scotia. We've recently attended a Latimer reunion in Arichat and was informed that possibly, Marie Claire Foster, George and Mary Alice Latimer's daughter, has descendants (which is contrary to what we've been told in the past). We have little information about Mary Alice Foster, such as where she is buried, and know nothing about their daughter Marie Claire Foster, except that she was born around 1927.
We truly hope you would be able to shed some light on our inquiry.

Hi. I was looking for headstones at Saint Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park for Find a Grave requests. I take pictures of veteran's markers, especially those that look un-attended. In Section SW I found and took a pictures of many veterans, one of which is:
Edward J. Taglieri
World War II
Is this your Edward J.? Are you a relative minus the "G"?
Shall I add the picture or would you like me to email it to you?

|Denise Seevers||Alfred Finney|
A bit of an addendum, I did find Alfred Finney listed as Finley living with Hannah Silverthorn Coffmen in the 1850 Hancock Co., census. It seems the given name of his mother maybe something other than Elizabeth. I believe Alfred does belong with this Sliverthorn family.
|Denise Seevers||William Finney and Elizabeth Silverthorn|
In doing family research in Hancock Co., WV, I came across a marriage record for Alfred Finney b. 1833-34 whose parents are listed William Finney and Elizabeth Silverthorn. It also states he was born in Hancock Co., WV. There are no Hancock Co/Brooke Co.,Finney's in the 1830, 1840, or 1850 census for any Finney's other than Alfred's in 1860. I see that an Elizabeth Silverthorn is not listed as a daughter of your Henry and I wonder if you knew of her parentage. I do see the names of William and Alfred Finney coming out of Accomack Co., Va, otherwise an usual name combination.
I haven't found Alfred or Mary in an census record yet after 1860 WV. Their children show up in the 1900 census in Vernon, Missouri. There are descendants from this line looking for information and since I stumbled upon this marriage record, I wondered if any additional information could be provided for them. Thanks,
