Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have loved cemeteries ever since a child when I went with my Grandmother and she told me about all the people and their lives.

My dream would be to have all the memorials I have entered to be claimed by family. I will be happy to transfer memorials to you.

I am interested in the Civil War NYS Volunteers --the 189th Regiment and the 8th Heavy Artillery

Descendants of Early Settlers
Marcus Darwin Donely
In his obituary, his parents are listed as the late William and Abigail (MacDonald) Donley. The tombstones and memorials for the parents have the last name spelled Donelly. In looking at the obits for his siblings, some of the children changed the last name to Donley, and some did not.

Hi Caroline,
Would you be open to me providing text that you could copy and paste for Amasa, your Find A Grave Memorial# 58813232? I propose two lines at the top of his bio to highlight his military service ...
Veteran Civil War
PVT Co. H, 188th NY Inf Regt
... followed by transcribed text from the 188th's Annual Report of the Adjutant-General of the State of NY and its Source as a reference. Also, any other information I can find on his military service.
Thanks,
Buddy Leech

Descendants of Early Settlers
Henry Dunster
Greetings, I was looking at your relative tree, and to see how you and I are related, but couldn't trace the connection. Hunry Dunster was my 9th GGF. Richard and Annis Austin are my 10th GGPs.
William Tuttle is my &th GGf. Also, Elder John Strong is my wife's 9th GGF. Thomas ford is her 9th GGF. I have been working on the Donley line as James Donley's wife Hervie is my 7th cousin, 3 x removed. I am friends with their children and grandchildren, so am working on their line.

If you go on my page, you will see that my virtual cemeteries have my children's grandparents listed by their relationship to them.

Thanks, Marty #48409992
