FIRST: ALL OF MY PICS ARE HERE TO SHARE WITH YOU!!!! THESE ARE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND YOU SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO THEM!!! I FEEL BLESSED TO BE ABLE TO HELP YOU IN YOUR SEARCH. During the Summer months its headstones and winter months its library work looking for obits. Don't be afraid to ask me to check out an obit at the library for you!!!!|
When my paternal Grandfather died I realized there were so many questions I had about his family. He and his siblings were taken from his abusive, alcoholic parents when he was just a small boy. I wanted to know more about these people. I got just so far back and got stuck. I went the route of head stones hoping that maybe I could get a small clue there to get me back one more generation. No such luck. But, I gained a new obsession. I love the heastones. The way you can take headstones and research them and put families together, go to another website and sometimes find an obituary from 80 years ago. I pick a cemetery and make it my own. I have started a cemetery that had a list of 200 souls and finished with 600 souls. That is 400 family members that someone now has the ability to find. That is amazing to me that I can be part of putting a family together 100 years later. I will do requests but I much prefer taking on a whole cemetery and just doing the whole thing.

Hello also looking for any obits for Sarah A Clark Curry abt 1848 or Alexander (Charles) Curry b1843. Sarah's parents were Julia Monroe Clark b1821 and William Clark b1824
Hello I noticed that there maybe some graves not photographed. Can you tell me if there are Curry or Clarks with or without gravestones. Mid 1850s to current.

did you send the facebook message to Steve Dworkin? He is part of the reason I am doing this. He is my fiancÚ and will be moving here soon. I will be in Sodus sometime this week and I am hoping to convince him to go to the cemetery. If we go I will be able to get the pics myself. I appreciate everything you are trying to do. I do not know the second wife's name .

Shirley may not have a marker other than a funeral home marker. Myron and Shirley were divorced at the time of his death so he may be somewhere else in the cemetery. He remarried. Second wife is still living.

Are you related to Paul Tyman, the husband of Arlene Tyman, whose memorial you added? If so, I would be happy to transfer Paul's memorial to you. Just let me know.

Thank you so much for connecting Samantha Wilcox to her parents. It is appreicated.
Even though her parents did spell their name with the second "e", she did not spell her maiden name with the second "e". Her brother also dropped the second "e" as well from his name. But it gets even more confusing because some of the descendants of her brother, Delos, have added the "e" back to their name after dropping it for 3 generations.

I was happy to help, Diane. And he's in good company - my dad's just a few feet away.
|Marie Hayes||B. Woodhull|
I have tried to find a month date of his death. I have been unable to locate one. In the Woodhull genealogy, it just gives the year!
