I use to use chalk on old stones, and was unaware of any damage it may do. I no longer use chalk on stones. If anyone has a listing I placed a stone photo on in which I used chalk, and they want that photo removed, just let me know and I will remove it. As agreed by find a grave, the chalked photo's will be removed as new, readable photo's are placed on the listing.|
I just want to let everyone know, I do read all of the messages left on my page, and appreciate hearing that my efforts are not in vain. I am sorry though that I only answer the ones that are a question. I do appreciate all of your messages.
Thank You for your messages

|Amanda & Betty||RE: Ada May Livingston|
Hello again! I believe that both Ada and her husband, Benjamin Lord are buried there in what appears to be the same plot with John Livingston and Mary Nellis. I don't know why they're all buried together or why Benjamin isn't listed or if it's even correct. Here are the links I found, FYI.
Benjamin Lord: http://valecemetery.org/grave-index/lord-1
Ada May Lord: http://valecemetery.org/grave-index/lord
John H. Livingston: http://valecemetery.org/grave-index/livingston-10
Thanks again for looking at this! I'll have to visit the cemetery someday myself but for now it's really cool that there are people out there willing to take pics and post them :)

Thanks so much for taking photos of his gravestone.
|Cathy||Gilchrist's in West Charlton cemetery|
Thank you for making all the family links for the Gilchrist's.
Did West Charlton cemetery used to be called Scotch Church cemetery?
I found an online site for Scotch Church cemetery that shows the same members of Gilchrist family.
There are a couple more children of Alexander & Agnes on this list that do not have memorials in West Charlton cemetery. Probably no longer have headstones. I've added Elizabeth (Gilchrist) Bell. Will be adding James & Robert.

Thank you so much for trying to find his stone. Possibly he is in an unmarked grave. I have tried to find my request in my lists of photo requests, in order to delete it, but can not find it!!! Thank you again.

Hi Tom: Thanks for posting the edits. If I have not mentioned it in the past. I live just around the corner from this cemetery, neat little place. Your photos look great. Back in the day Factory Village was a busy little community with Blood's Axe Factory and Geo. West's mills et al.
Have a great New Year. Bill

I appreciate the pictures you've done on Section L lot 49 of Vale Cemetery. You've posted some very nice ones compared to the ones I took on a cloudy, muddy day in 2006. Ellen
