Alcide LeCuyer 143112617
Alice, as a follow up to the photo of Alcide's memorial I checked the NDDL Church record and deposited what I found on the Find A Grave Memorial for him. I then searched the web for information on Alcide and this is a summary:

Alcide LeCuyer [1869] was born in French Canada and married a Canadian, Anaise Keronac [1877]. Their marriage was in Fall River, Massachusetts, on 26 April 1897. The marriage record stated the name of the parents; for Alcide it was Pierre LeCuyer and Aurelie; for Anaise it was Isidore Keronac and Matilda Mailloux. At the time of his death he was a widow and his daughter Rosiana [1899] shared his residence in Schuylerville, Saratoga County, New York.

Others on the obelisk? 142924145
Willmer is the only "Ray" that I could find in NDDL Cemetery.

I think Willmer is a sister to Rose/Rosa C RAY Burlingham.

A failed search for a photo shoot of James Edward BURLINGHAM in NDDL cemetery took me to this name and that family group.

James Wade on Mar 7, requested a photo JE BURLINGHAM.

Guest Book Comments
Alice:

Are you a relative of Phil's? From Find A Grave? The funeral home? I don't see your name in the Guest Book. I'm curious as to what your reason is for asking that I remove all of them. It's common to include them because they are often published with an obituary, printed version and online, and also on a funeral home site. I don't know of any Find A Grave policy against it. If a person wanted their comments kept private, they wouldn't submit them for public view. Right?

Thanks.

Alice, revised place of death based upon the posted obit. Did not change the date of death as suggested to be the 20th vs the 22nd. The header of the obit has the date as the 20th??

Not sure what to do with your correction. Cemetery records state she was 10 mos. I updated bio with the fact she might be older.

The answer to the name PELKEY vs PELLETIER was found in the baptism record of little Charles PELLETIER, 1911-1913.

The church record shows that he was born in Northumberland [Saratoga Co, NY] on 1 Aug 1911 and was baptized on 1911 Aug 6. His parents Charles PELLETIER and Delida NADEAU. Witnesses Charles PELLETIER [perhaps his grandfather] and Edmire BAU..GEON.

NDDL Baptism Register, May 1880 to January 1925, Page 55 of line-20.

I will place a photo clip of this record on the Find A Grave Memorial.

I will also search the burial records of this family

Joe, Pat and I were there today mowing, rototilling and working on the landscape. If Chuck could come by with the backhoe, I think he could pull more roots, level up and move the old poles out of the way. David got the fence so once this is done we can finish it up.
Hope all is well - thanks,
