I have enjoyed genealogy for many years; very addictive. This web site is wonderful for a research tool. It is getting better all the time as people add more and more graves and the notes attached are very helpful. My main research is the Bucklands and Wingards but of course, this goes off onto many other branches.|

Thank you for the addition of her maiden name. If you have any other Brenenstuhl news I would appreciate it. My family comes from Michael & Rheuby (Freeman) Brenenstuhl. When Michael passed Rheuby changed the spelling of the last name to Brenenstall. Thanks again and have a nice holiday, bob

Thanks for the wonderful Lent Memorial transfer. Best regards!
|patricia lawson||RE: Fonda's in Schenectady Memorial|
i have transferred the memorials to you
Upon searching for your photo request in Schenectady Memorial. I did not find Jabob yet. However, I did come across An Ella Fonda 1890-1946 and Harvey F Fonda 1919-2000. I photographed and added them to the cemetery. I must return tomorrow, it proved difficult being that most stones had to be uncovered from wet leaves, old cut wet grass and such.
|Phil Gibbs||Cyrus Spicer 1751-1826|
Cyrus and Mary Eddy Spicer had the following children:
Mary, John, Ruth, Allan, Cynthia, Cyrus, Solomon and Sophia.
My 3rd great grandfather was Capt. John Spicer born 26 Jun 1775 died 12 April 1842. You show him married to Esther Herres. He was actually married to Mary Barnett Thompson. Their daughter was Cynthia Miranda Spicer/Gibbs who is buried in Michigan.

|John William & Cheryl (Colomb) De Ronde||RE: William De Ronde|
Thanks for the offer of the obituary of this post of mine. Based on the lack of a death date, I'll assume that I don't have it so, yes, please send me a copy. As for the spelling I'll simply say that whoever the complier was, got the last name spelling wrong. That spelling was, historically a common mistake, based on sound vs phonetics. His father Lambertus, grandfather Adrian and more importantly, his great grandfather, Rev. Lambertus (the immigrant) and his own children got it right. Those that wrote and transcribed the surname have repeatedly made the error of running the name together as Deronde when in fact it is De Ronde or an acceptable, DeRonde. When I have posted memorials here on Find A Grave I have purposely spelled it as you find it so that if someone comes along and does a search, all will come up in the results. Thanks for posting his children, Mary and Martha which now makes all three children accounted for. I had their names w/spouses and dates but had not made the effort to locate their burials.
I'll send you some additions to the children from within their memorials. Again thanks for the offer of the obit.
John De Ronde
