Bio and Links
Bio Photo Amateur photographer in Massachusetts who has always enjoyed wandering through cemeteries and taking photos. Discovery of Find A Grave now gives me an excuse to get out with my camera and take photos.

And yes, my profile image is indeed from an actual headstone in the Forefathers Burial Ground of Chelmsford, Massachusetts for Oliver Fletcher (d.1771) (Find A Grave Memorial# 18168422).

RE: William Chaplin
That looks really good. Thank you. I found that the Acton Library has a Civil War Archives for the men who served from that town. They even have obits along with the service records. (what an awesome find!!) I'm slowly going thru the list and adding/updating Mt. Hope and Woodlawn now. So you may see some more updates. :)

RE: Kelleys in St. Pats
You're welcome Patrick - It's an honor to be able to add to the memorials of fallen heros. Although I now carry flags whenever I go to photograph monuments/stones, I'm very happy to be able to say that the flags were already there. This serviceman is still being remembered and honored today.

You're right - those are dupes. I'll message Julie and see what she wants to do. I think she's looking to unburden herself from some of these memorials. Thanks for catching them.

Hi Patrick - could you check on #40108288 - I think you posted some photos for a different grave. I photographed it today so there are several images now. Thanks!

RE: Paul Maxwell grave photos
Thanks again Patrick. - I have been doing more family research and just remembered that Paul had a second wife, Barbara, same age as I (69). She is probably still alive and may well have been the one to visit his grave and probably plans to be buried with him? -- As I said, other than myself, not many of the older generation in my family are into computers, which slows me down immensely.
Thank goodness for folks like you and the modern internet helping us piece the puzzle of our relatives and ancestors together.
Keep up the great work!
Best wishes, Carolyn J. Brown
