I have been doing Genealogy since 1990. I am researching my family history and my wife' family history. I am also doing a complete Carkin genealogy which is my mother-in-laws family. In March 2010 I decided that it was time to join find a grave. I am posting memorials for all the burials that I have in my family tree. I am also posting photos as I take them.
The major names that I am searching are: Amey,Amy,Beebe,Carkin,Chandler,Cummings,Hall, Hastings,Luther,MacDonald,Norstrom,Nutting,Patch,Tait, and Wright.
If any information I enter is incorrect or you wish to add something just let me know. I prefer that you use the "Suggest a Correction" feature behind the 'Edit' tab on the memorial. Thank you.

 | JOHN SHATTUCK Jr Believe this should be DAVID SHATTUCK, son of subj person, who was 19 at time of death. According to 2 stories on Ancestry.com were both killed by Indians while crossing the Nashua river. | | | Mark
 | RE: Gibson Cemetery Hi Bob,
You also may be interested in the following.
I have been to "Worden Field" at Annapolis. I assume named for Lt. John L. Worden. Civil War ship [Monitor, commanded by Lieutenant John L. Worden]
At this point, I'm only guessing there is an ancestral connection.

 | RE: Gibson Cemetery Hi Bob,
Great information--Thank you!!
Your wife may be interested in 'Worden Hall' 1841 Route 6A, East Dennis, MA . It is located across the street from where Peter Worden is buried. For many years the building was an art gallery and more recently converted to a single family home--It happens to be FOR SALE.
