Thank you for checking the graves that I have added. If you have any additions, corrections or pictures to add, please contact me. As a fellow genealogist I welcome hearing from you. I will answer/and/or make the corrections in what I hope is a timely manner.|
However, I have sadly learned over the years, that there are a few ungracious or nasty people out there. I will not answer such messages...also remembering you. I used to be more willing to transfer graves upon request, if I have not put a lot of work into them. I have put many, many hours into some of these families. However, I have found that most people do not even send a thank you or acknowledgement when I do this. There are a few very gracious exceptions, and I really appreciate it. I also try to acknowledge who sent me new information in the FAG bio, which I believe to be only right. However, I found that it does not always go both ways.
Many years ago I wrote a small book on the Critser & related famlies.
If you have any information or pictures to add for this book, please let me know. I know that there are many mistakes in it, since it was written long before computers became popular.

|Shelly Williams||Transfer Request|
Alana, Thank you so much for creating a Memorial for my Grandmother's sister Marjorie S. Swift (#113307857). I would like to request a transfer of this memorial, please. I'm hoping to purchase a stone for her in the near future since she does not have one. I would like to add much information to her bio as well. Thanks again!
|Dianne Hatfield Combs||Mathew Thompson family|
thank you for posting info on Mathew Thompson, Remington cemetery, Remington, IN. He should be my 4th gGrandfather. He lived in Ladoga, IN, and was married to Margaret. His parents are Samuel and Catharine Benham VanCleve Thompson. However, I have conflicting information on his children's names. You have George. I have 1860 census Scott Twshp, Montgomery County, IN. Mathew, age 64, wife Margaret, 55, have Mary, 17, and James W., 20. Mary married James Thompson, they are my grandmother's grandparents. I would love to be directed to any info you have on this family, so I can have correct information. thank you. firstname.lastname@example.org
There is interesting information about Mathew in histories of Dayton, OH. He clubbed someone to death in a courtroom. The man had assaulted him the day before.

Alana, could you transfer Al Boren to me? He and I were close friends and I knew and worked with his Father and him. I will be more than happy to transfer to you in the future if you find a need to. Thank you so much R. Ponda alfred Broen. #132901817

Find A Grave #122546449,Dorothy P. Couwenhoven Swart. I do not believe that Samuel Couwenhoven was her father, Her father was Simon Dick Couwenhoven and according to Cook, Illinois Death Index, he died in 1944. Or am I in the twilight zone again? She was my husband's 4th cousin.Thanks, Jo

Thank you so much for adding the memorial for Frank. My parents are very good friends with him. We just got back from a trip to a family reunion and found he had passed away. They have spent many hours visiting with him and his wife. I have also seen him on various occasions such as birthdays. He was a very nice man and will be deeply missed.
Sorry, I meant to put the birth date 9.19.47 / died 9.21.47. She was my Uncle Charles & Aunt Juanita Tatlock's baby girl.
She's buried in the Remington Cemetery. Is there someone we could ask to try and find where she is buried there? My cousin & I walked through fairly quick as we were with other folks that were driving. Who would have the list and burial plots?
Your help would be appreciated, and a photo taken as well.
Thanks for responding. I didn't think you did know the Tatlocks, but have you had the chance to find the baby Tatlock per my request.
Thanks! Rita Snyder
