To all who so righteously remind me the primary purpose of Find a Grave is "GRAVE REGISTRATION", and then "boringly" recite in your bio the FAG rules... yes I get it! Understand from my and many others perspective that the gravestone is just the "starting point" as we all work together, share, and seek to know more about those who came before us, what they looked like and where they lived. To sum it up they are "NOT JUST A NAME ON THE A STONE". So please get off your high horse.

Albert C Butcher's daughter Blanche Deborah Butcher Simpson born 12-June-1924 ; died 28-May-2014. Her obituary is in the Kokomo newspaper. She died in Grant Co., IN.
I hope this helps and that you can change her from not confirmed daughter to confirmed.

William Lamb, #134892982, had a younger brother- Shubal Lamb Birth 8 Apr 1853 in , , North Carolina, USA
Death 16 Jun 1926 in Polk, Florida, United States
He also had a sister named Fatima Lamb b. 1841.
Another brother, John Q A Lamb, also enlisted with Alpheus and William in the NC 22nd 1861. John Q A:
Birth 12 Mar 1845 in Randleman, Randolph, North Carolina, USA
Death 31 Mar 1868 in Bloomingdale, Parke, Indiana, USA
Their parents, Green Lamb and Sallie Dix were both deceased by 1860.
Alpheus was imprisoned first at Pt. Lookout, MD then was sent to Elmira in NY. John mustered out per the Conscript Act in 1862 having enlisted at only 16. William and Alpheus served under A.P. Hill in the Army of Northern Virginia under General Robert E. Lee.
