I live in the Olympia, WA area, but my genealogy roots take me to Miami Co., IN where my parents were from. My genealogy also takes me to OH, WI, MN, IL and IA for the most part of my research, which includes my husband's family research. My daughter, Jen, is my right hand companion on the road research. I wouldn't be where I am with my research without her. Recently, my brother and nephew have joined us on a couple of our trips. Thank you, Ray and David.|
My main surnames for research are Repp, Collier, Gasaway, Draving, White, Erickson and Christenson. A few other surnames include Vail, Paul, Hester, Crumrine.
My husband bought me a wooden plaque one year that has become my favorite genealogy saying:
"Genealogy - Life in the past lane"
That just about says it all!!!

|Larry Krueger||RE: Jurgens|
You're welcome. If the surname is of any interest to you, or any memorial I manage, please send me the memorial numbers and I will transfer to you.
Oh! And I duplicated your photo that had on your two memorials, that had a sun glare and your reflection showing on the face of the stone. The one I had doesn't get really large. However, if you don't approve, I will GLADLY remove mine.
FYI if you are interested, I added three more Jurgens memorials to the same cemetery as the two you had.
|Resa||Descendant of Gilbert Vail|
I am a descendant of Gilbert Vail and Rebecka Williams through their daughter Mary. She had a daughter through questionable circumstances, named Almira (Myra). Myra married William Henry Sires November 4, 1881. They had a number of children, including my great-grandmother Lillian Christabelle Siers Ahlers. Have little information on Gilbert except for a birthdate of May 1, 1809.

Hi Jo White,I am descended from David Orris Repp of Indiana . My great grandfather is Jacob Orris Repp and his son and my grandfather is Austin Chauncey Repp. After their parents died,Jacob and his half brother George Washington Repp went from Indiana to Cordova,Minnesota where his half brother Jacob Orris then moved to Barron,Wisconsin after having four kids in Cordova. My father was Ward Repp, son of Austin Chauncey Repp,born in Cordova,Min.They are now unfortunately deceased. But we are all though descended from Johann Casper Repp.

you are very welcome!
|P. Vaughn||Arthur Kenneth Collier|
Inquiring about Arthur Collier and the possibility he was married to a Lessie Pearl Toney? My mother's aunt was married to an Arthur Collier and they had two sons; Kenneth and Phillip Collier. Her grandmother lived in Anderson, Indiana so Aunt Lessie could easily have met him in Anderson.
I don't know if she remarried after his death or if they divorced, but I believe she m. a Mr. Davis at some point.
There is a Kenneth and a Phillip Collier buried in Indiana, but have no idea if these two are the sons of Aunt Lessie.
Thanks much for your consideration.
