I grew up in Illinois but after I got married I moved to Connecticut and then to Massachusetts and now I am back in Illinois.|
My husband started tracking down his relatives and got me thinking about looking up my own.
I think it is great that so many people are adding names to this site to help preserve history.
If you find that I have added a relative of yours and you would like to make changes to what information I have, please feel free to ask. If you want, I can transfer the management of the person to you.

|Jodie Williams||Johann Brettmann|
I found the original grave at Churchville, so I added it to your page.
Hi Karen - I transferred the Brettmann's to you. I'd rather have a family member who is actively researching the family own the memorials : ) I see you found out who the mother of Rebecca was! Nice! Now other family members can see than Johann had been married before and that will help them too! Happy hunting : )

|Rosemarie||RE: infant daughter of Cora and Fred Bender|
I don't know how to send a private message. So... here's hoping my email isn't wide spread.... email@example.com
|Rosemarie||infant girl bender|
You have an entry for an infant girl born to Fred and Cora bender, all 3 buried in oakridge-glen oak cemetery in cook county, Il. I was wondering how you know the cause of death? I just found out that Cora and Fred are my great grandparents.
You have a note on the Memorial (#58503472) for Clara Bendet (b. 1885, Chicago; d. Feb. 2, 1888, Chicago) which says: "There was a Clara Bender born to Michael and Johanna (Scheer) Bender on Oct 19, 1884." If you can give me any additional information on Michael and Johanna's daughter, I would be very appreciative, as Michael and Johanna were my great grandparents. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
