Achor Cemetery
Hi Bob. It seems a lot of my ancestors are buried in the Achor Cemetery in Clinton County, Ohio. I was recently in Ohio and wanted to go to the cemetery. I found the sign for the cemetery, but it was a old sign pointing down a grassy road with a locked gate so I stopped at the gate (the gate looked like a livestock gate not a nice gate). I didn't see the "Achor Cemetery" sign and gate that you have posted. Was I in the wrong spot? Do you have better directions for me? Any information you can provide would be very helpful! Thanks so much, Terre

Arnie & Judi Burrows
I have searched for these 4 names. I went to the Cemetery Dept. and was told they were in Section F1 Lot 123&4. Now there was a large space about 4-6 grave lots where they should be. There was no stone. Being a Congressman I would think he would have a stone.

There was another stone with an empty space between the others for an Emma Cormican I can send it in an email if you wish.

Clement Beauregard
Thanks so much for your beautiful photo of Clement Beauregard's headstone. I am very surprised he had a headstone and not a grave marker, so this is extra special. Your efforts are very much appreciated!

Clement Beauregard
Thank you for your efforts in locating Clement Beauregard's grave. Knowing my family's finances at the time, it is extremely likely that he has a flat grave marker. If you could try again in the spring, I would greatly appreciate it. In the meantime I would love the burial card and any photos of the area you may have.

Again, thanks a lot!

RE: Picture of Thomas Trenary Marker
You're very welcomed. I truly enjoyed finding this cemetery and exploring it. It sits in one gorgeous and peaceful setting. I wondered, myself, why Thomas Trenary's grave wasn't acknowledged as that of a veteran. I will put a flag on it myself, if you'd like.
