Visiting cemeteries is like taking a history lesson. Each tombstone tells a story and I find it very fascinating to read the stories and wonder what kind of life each person must have lived. I almost consider myself a professional grave hunter after working for a local funeral home and cemetery, so if I can help you in any way with requests in the Lubbock area, please let me know.|
I apologize to all who have sent messages to me that I have not answered. I have been out of FAG for a few years and finally got a moment to take a look at my messages. Many of you have asked for management and corrections, and I will slowly but surely get to your requests. Please be patient while I wade thru all the messages.
Best regards to all.

|Leona Henderson||Johnathan R Eagan|
When I photographed the marker for Jonathan Eagan, I noticed that his name is spelled without the "h" so thought I would let you know about this for determining the accuracy of the memorial information.
|Rita Weeks||Pictures please|
If I list some family names would you please add so I can add to my ancestry? Thanks
|Leona Henderson||Grigsby marker|
Hello, I know you only asked for photo for James Grigsby but I have included the photo for his wife as well. You will notice that her name is spelled with two Ts on the marker. Hope this helps with your records.
|Ben Bevers||# 22512512|
Hello my name is Ben Bevers and discovered possible error regarding Henry. I believe he is the son of J.W.S.(Spence) Bevers. Grover was born in 1897 and Henry 1885. I manage Grovers site and missed this. Spence and Grover are brothers to my grandfather Robert Lee Bevers. The census of 1900 for Fannin county, Texas show Henry as son of Spence & Mattie Bevers. I would love to manage his site if you are so inclined. Sincerely; Ben
May I please have your permission to use several gravestone photos from City of Lubbock Cemetery, including George C Clifford and possibly others from his family, on my ancestry.com family tree, with attribution to you? Thank you very much for your consideration. Gwen
