As I am not related to most of the memorials I have created on this site, I will transfer to family members, however distant. I only request that the request be made via the edit field within the memorial. |
TO THOSE OF YOU "STILL" QUESTIONING MY INPUT FOR OLD SWEDES CHURCHYARD IN DELAWARE, MY INPUTS WERE FROM THE CHURCH RECORDS AT THE TIME I INPUT THEM. NASTY NOTES ARE NOT NECESSARY AS I WILL MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS NECESSARY. OR SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CREATE A NEW MEMORIAL, I WILL BE HAPPY TO DELETE MY ENTRY IF NOT CORRECT.
PLEASE USE THE EDIT FUNCTION TO REQUEST TRANSFERS AS I WILL NEED YOUR MEMBER NUMBER !!!!!!!

|Beth Andrews||transfer of find a grave|
Hello. would you be willing to transfer Jonhn Miller 23922653 and John W Miller 23922661 To me please. John is my grandfather and John W is my uncle. Been working on the tree for years and am just getting to adding some of my own graves for their siblings and other family members. It will make it easier for me to interconnect etc. Thanks so much for what you've done so far. Beth Miller Andrews

That is entirely up to you, but you don't need to. He is a relative but I never knew him or his first wife. I did know his second wife, Naomi, who was one of the most wonderful people you would ever want to know. His obituary was in one of my father's photo books, so I thought I would add it out of respect for him and the family. Life is short, and we forget so quickly.
|Allyn Spear||James H. Rice Obituary|
I found your memorial page for James H. Rice of Ridley Park, PA and saw that you posted his obituary. I saw that you have a date listed as 7/8/1937 from the Chester Times, but I cannot find that obituary for the life of me at newspapers.com. Would you be willing to double check the exact source and possibly share the image file?
Thank you for the transfers, it is greatly appreciated.

These are mother and son. My 2nd Great Grandmother and my 2nd Great Uncle. The memorials have them buried at Mount Hope Cemetery, Aston, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA. The 1900 census has them living in Franklin, Linn, Iowa. She died in 1900 and he in 1901. There is a Mount Hope Cemetery in Dows, Franklin County, Iowa. I really don't know where they are buried. He was born in Pennsylvania, but the family had settled in the Nebraska / Iowa area. My question is...Do you know where the information came from? I am in Arizona, so it is a little to far for me to check it out.
Thanks for any help you might be able to give me. Tanya
Thanks for all you do:)
