Anthony R. Karasiewicz
Hi Lin,

In reference to your memorial to Anthony R. Karasiewicz his rank when he got out Cheif (GMG). Could you please add the following obit to his memorial? Thank you!..

KARASIEWICZ - Mr. Anthony "Tony" Karasiewicz, aged 46, of Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2007. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy as a Gunners Mate Chief, Past President of the Wyoming Jaycees, and a member of the Michigan JCI Senate. Tony was the Safety Manager for Premarc/Grand River Infrastructure. He was also a member of the Wyoming Zoning Board of Appeals and very active in the community. Tony was a paragon of the trademark Karasiewicz Humor and the world's average IQ has dropped with his passing. He will truly be missed. Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Karasiewicz and Julia Richards; and brother, Ken Zarbeck. Surviving are his daughters, Sgt. Crystal (Angel) Morice, stationed in 29 Palms, CA and Amber Karasiewicz of Birmingham, AL; his brothers, Robert (Sally) Karasiewicz Jr.; Gary (Mary) Karr; sister, Lynnette Rozella; best friend Lynn Weller; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 16, 2007. Family will greet relatives and friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM Sunday, April 15, 2007 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division. Interment Marne Cemetery. On line condolences to Tony's family at www.stegengafuneralchapel.

Find A Grave Memorial# 54771565
I was browsing St Mary's Cemetery in Marne, Michigan today and came across a memorial for

Albert Griffin and I am wondering if you are connected to this family. I am looking for information regarding a Mary Fitzgerald Griffin Bresenaham and

think there may be a connection to Albert and Mary. It appears that Mary's grave marker and Albert's are very near each other and additionally, I find
it peculiar that the marker's are almost identical.

Any info that you might have would be appreciated.

Thanks kindly

Paul Purcell
Dear Lin:
Your Great Uncle rests very close to my father in law.
I was honored to photograph Mr. Purcell's headstone.
I am sorry it was not brighter on the day of my visit.
Paul has a beautiful flower on his grave.
Best regards

I'm a little confused. You have posted Joseph Pulaski in the Grand Rapids Veterans Home Cemetery with his tombstone picture.

I have posted Joseph Qualaski in the same cemetery with his tombstone picture.

Both read Company D, 8th Michigan Cavalry

Mine is Plot 4, Row 11, Grave 35. Do you have a location on yours ?

I have done extensive research on this cemetery.

Hello from Holland!
I was doing some research for Arvilla Smith that was a driving force at the Old Wing Mission and I came across the grave of her young daughter at Pilgrim Home here in Holland.

Is the entry and picture you took the Mother of the 3 year old? If it is I'd like to find Reverend George N. and link them all together :)

About Old Wing:

My link to their daughter:

Arvilla Almira Powers Smith: married to George Smith in July 4, 1830

Siemon Kloostra
I'll manage it if you want to change. I'm not direct desc, Siemon's father Rense is the brother of my great grandfather Cornelius Kloostra.
I've struggled with sizing pictures to put on the site, I have many and will continue to take more. Hopefully, I'll get the sizing process figured out.
Are you local? Which cemeteries do you need pics from?
