The following information was borrowed ( with permission ) from a fellow Graver, CindyS (#18484625). She worded it so much better than I could have.
Duplicates: There are quite a few duplicate cemeteries and memorials being made. We are human and do realize errors happen as none of us are perfect. We ask that you PLEASE do your research before adding anything. Read the Duplicate Guidelines, Cemetery Guidelines and Memorial Guidelines first. They may answer any question(s) you have.

Obituaries: The Admins do not recommend adding an obituary from a newspaper clipping but ask if you do please take the time to neatly add the information and include the date of birth, date of death and where the information came from.

Transfers: If you would like a memorial transferred to you, you can request it by:
1. Using the SAC method from the EDIT tab or
2. by leaving a Public Message
If I have no connection to them, I do not mind transferring but PLEASE provide your assigned # and the memorial # of the person in question (It just makes it so much easier). Without this information your request may be delayed or ignored. I will not transfer bulk surname requests so please do not ask Transfer Request Guidelines.
Also please note it is not appropriate to request a transfer and then, after receiving the transfer, delete that page and substitute it with a new memorial that you have created. This practice denies credit to the original contributor. Please use the original memorial page to make updates and add information.
If you do not want the memorial transferred but have accurate information to add, I will be more than happy to add it and credit you with the information.

Linda,
My Mom was also a Kellogg's retiree (27 years).
She passed away on 9/27/12. A copy of her obit is included
on the findagrave site under Doris Stone Omedeo
at Forest Hill - Whitten Rd. Memphis.
Thank you for taking the time to put this list together.
My Mom considered Kellogg's a big part of her life
and loved her Kellogg's family.
