RE: Hebron and Butler
Dear Mr. Jarman,

I understand about Grandpa & Grandma Richard Franklin Butler & Wife Louisa (Kornegay) Butler. Now they are truly buried at BUTLER CMETERY located on the road down from Causeyville Baptist Church & Cemetery. Beverly (Smith) Griffin, Her Only Sister Elsie (Smith) Griffin and I went to THE BUTLER CEMETERY located on Private Proerty down the road from Causeyville Baptist Church & Cemetery in 1978 and 1979. I Will Be Age 61 This Month so I really know where they were Buried. HARRY BUTLER paied a lot of money to have a Large Head-Marker to be placed in The Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with R. F. & WIFE Louisa Butler. That I Can Not Do Any Thing. Harry asked all of us for money to help pay for a Large Marker and I bucked him because I went to THE BUTLER CEMETERY. We did not have anything to make photo's in 1978 & 1979 back then.

If You Have Any Idear's, Please Let Me Know About This Matter.

I was not able to attend Scharlene (RIVERS) Horne her funeral, but Craig Plummer & His Mother Lillian asked me to put her name in and I did.

Let Me Say This, I Have Original Paper's Signed By 6 Judges, 3 from Lauderdale and 3 from Clarke Counties as to what I can do on the site www.findagrave.com as Proven Records By Congressman Fleming & Gardner as to the LIST OF CHURCH'S & CEMETERIES that all & double & triple family members built, Were Charter Member's of Church's in both counties. I did submit copies to www.findagrave.com The List also of Church's that I try to add family member's. Remember Webb F. H. also leaves message's on the answering machine to add people's name's ect.

I truly think www.findagrave.com understands and at least they have the paper work's. So as for as Scharlene Rivers) Horne I feel I need to leave her in. I Just Feel Like The Paper's Signed By 6 Judges That Correct And That's The End Of The Story.

Regards,

Robert Miller

P.S. Let Me Know About BUTLER'S And I Will Try To Agree With You-Sir. R. M.

RE: Liberty Cemetery
Dear Sir:

I waited until today when I got to My Baptist Church, I then called The Alabama Baptist State Board in Montgomery, Alabama to ask question's about a Liberty Baptist Church & Cemetery located in Sumter County, Alabama. By the time 12:00 Noon when my times was over I had 2 returned call's 1 from Butler, Alabama and the second call from Livingston, Alabama. According to The History Dept.

Years Ago That Baptist Church was organized in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. (That I knew from Jim Dawson, Vic Dawson, Johnnie Mack Booker Earl Ford, & Wife Flake (Hughes) Ford, along with Rev. Bob "Robert" Simmons and Rev. Tommie Jones, along with my family) Now all of the above are double & triple first cousin's to me & my family.

All I can say is No Record has ever been made a report to The Historical Baptist Dept. here in the state of Alabama. I have a few church members at my church whom are native's of CUBA, & Livingston, Alabama both located in Sumter County, Alabama and I did call them today and same thing my family told me Oree (Hughes) Miller, & Ruth (Hughes) Danley it's on the State Line of Mississippi & Alabama. If Grave (Eaves) Evans & her husband were living I know the same item would be told. That's where Grace (Eaves) Evans her brother & parents were buried. I have been to funeral's there.

All I can say is I am sorry, but I would love to leave it as is if you don't mind. If Uncle Hale Hughes born 1893 was living I knew he drew MAPS of All Church's & Cemetery's and I have some not all the answer would be the same. I did call My Plummer Family here in Mobile, Alabama just to see what they would say. Lillian was born in 1921 and Craig her only child is 1 year older then I Craig 1954 said what everyone else knew. Leave The Cemetery Like It Is. I Hope And Pray.

Thank You For Calling This Matter To Me Attention.

My Regards To You And To Your Family,

In Christ Always,

Robert "BOB" Miller

RE: Liberty, Rosser
Robert,

Thanks for your email.

We have duplicate cemeteries. Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery is in Alabama. It is less than 1000 feet from the Alabama / Mississippi state line. Take a look at the map for the listing of the cemetery showing it in Rosser, Sumter County. Use the satellite view and zoom in on the cemetery. You can clearly see the cemetery and the Alabama / Mississippi state line.

I looked at the cemetery listings in Mississippi. Robert Miller created most of the memorials in 2010. Many of the memorials in the listing in Alabama were created in 2001.

The cemeteries need to be merged and the Mississippi listing removed.

Let me know what you think after you take a look.

Larry
