|Got interested in this in trying to research our family tree after my Dad died and found out no one knew too much about my father's mother's side. Now I find I spend most of my spare time tromping around Western NY cemeteries, looking for my ancestors, REDDEN, GRIFFEN, WOLCOTT,KEENAN, KING, DURFEE, HAND, BROOKS, ALLEN and HARVEY. |
If I've entered someone in your family I would be glad to add info or transfer them to you. If you request a transfer please state your relationship to the deceased. And please excuse any errors I may have made and contact me for a correction. Be sure to put FAG in the subject line so I don't delete your e-mail.Hope I can help someone.

The information on Kim Wolcott created by you on Feb 13, 2011 some of the info is WRONG and would like it changed. My late husband did not have a brother named Andrew...he had a SON that predeceased him Andrew Scott Wolcott.

I am so amazed - who knew all those years ago at old ACS we had a common ancestor??

I have been trying to get hold of you regarding the Spring family. But the email came back as a invalid address :( would like to add a memorial for my grandmother Viola Spring and for her son, my father, James Regan. It would be nice to have the Spring family connected here on Find-A-Grave with a proper write up for each.
I would very much like to trade information with you regarding the Spring family. Please reply.
|Norman Weaver||RE: Norman Durfee|
Yes, he is my biological grandfather. My mother was seven when he died and was not allowed to go to the funeral out of concern for her well being. She had told me I am named after him, Norman Russell. She remembered that he lived for about 24 hours after the accident but not much else. She tried to find where he was buried much later in her life but was not so lucky. Can I assume that you have done/are doing/ the genealogy for your family?
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for adding his Civil War Record to his Memorial. I work hard to find the info and the grave and it hurts when the person who entered the memorial does not for whatever reason add the info to honor these men. Bless You, Caroline

|Adam Lowe Martin||Myra E. Lowe|
Thank you for all of the work you have done on your family tree and for sharing it.
I am the great grandson of Jessie Alida (Lowe) Persse, who I am pretty sure was Myra's sister. My Great Aunt Grace (Persse) Loveday wrote in her genealogy that Myra E. Lowe married a man named Flint and lived for a while in Bliss, New York. The 1900 US Census has her born in Jun 1888, making her about a decade younger than the Find a Grave listing. Do you have any additional info on her.
Thanks, and happy holidays. -Adam

Thank you so much for posting the info on #6518934. Anna King Mullan is my great-great grandmother. That part of my family history has been lost for a very long time. It means a great deal that you've helped me locate some of them.

Thanks Marsha for adding the links for my Mom.
That would be great if you transfered her to me.
My number is #47187922
This is kinda new to me, I didn't know it was that easy to transfer.
