Thank you so much for transferring Frank's memorial to me!
|Cliff Blanchard||Is there a difference|
Geraldine, I went to Union Cemetery in Parke County, and took some photos. When I started to check the cemetery to make sure my photos could be added, I also found a North Union Cemetery in Parke County. Are they the same?
|Shirley Gragg||Thanks, again|

all the other wright's are too new to recognize.
I did find one at Find A Grave Memorial# 9075267 for Philbird Wright [married Mary Sears], but it appears that Jo Bohony is unreachable. Philbird [actually Philbert in father's will] is he's my 3rd GGF's last son.
Thanks ever so much. I promise to give the respect and honor our ancestors are due. Without them, I may not have been here :)
|Shirley Gragg||Thank you!|
I had no idea you would transfer Philbert Wright 1802 to me. I will take care of it and honor his memory and that of his family with continued research.
Thank you SO much.

Philbert Wright [1802-1865]
Geraldine – hello. Thank you for having the memorial for Philbert Wright - 1802-1865.
Per my correspondence back several years ago, sadly, I’m ‘revisiting’ Philbert Wright above.
I still believe that I am related to him, but without proof – having a bit of a time, so trying another tactic.
It appears there are few headstones or markers in the Frey Cemetery. Can you share with me how you were able to determine that Philbert is buried in this cemetery? If there is an old obit or a record of some sort, I would love to know – any information would help in putting this family back together and make some sense of it.
Through various censuses – 1850 mostly and other legal documents, I’ve been able to determine the following children were born to Philbert Wright & Nancy Frey:
Joseph A Wright 1826 – 1905 – [I know he’s a son because his #3 marriage document names his parents.]
Philbert A. Wright 1830 – 1853 ---- died young
Nancy *Harriett?"' Wright 1834 – 1906 [married James Love]
Francis Marion Wright 1836 – 1916 [married Lucinda Ooley]
Sarah Jane Wright 1838 – 1919 [married #1,James Sappington; #2, Andrew J Morgan
Elijah C Wright 1840 – 1882 [married Matilda Barnes, then after her death, married her sister Terucia Caroline]
Margaret M Wright 1844 –
Lucy A Wright 1848 – 1870
I have been unable to establish a son shown ‘Albert’, though the 1830 census would bear out that information, but have no other record to make the parent/son relationship. I do have information on the above Joseph – no idea what the ‘A’ stands for. [Perhaps Albert? Don’t know because I’ve never found him by that name.]
3 sons under 5 years of age --- would account for Joseph & Philbert A, [but there is still 1 missing son.]
1 son – 5-9 – ---- this could possibly be the ‘Albert’
1 male – 20-29 [Philbert]
1 female – 20-29 [Nancy]
A court case involving Philbert 1802 and some of his children caused an upset in the family regarding the dispensation of the estate of Philbert A. Wright – 1830-1853. I have 4 documents, if you would like.
The family has not been located in any 1840 census. There is a Philbert Wright living in Washington County, Indiana; however, he was the son of Richard Wright, Sr. and would be a cousin to the above Philbert of Greene County - if Richard and Elizabeth are found to be his parents.
Any 'light' you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
