Hello- I believe this is one of the best genealogical web sites there is. Others usually just list names and dates. F.A.G. offers so much more. It becomes personal. I go to the cemeteries and take pictures so that those who cannot go can still visit their loved ones. It is also great for those finding their roots. No one should be forgotten. I want to thank all the folks who took the time to visit my virtual cemeteries, especially my Father and Mother, Michael Fedoush Jr. #12235346, and Pauline Fedoush #12235351. Peace to all of you.
If you request a memorial transfer I will be glad to do so but please state your relationship, and use the edit tab, that way all the information I need to make the transfer will be there.
Henry T. Haight #134956299 Although the cemetery had said he had an unmarked grave, Barbara Gibson found his monument and supplied photos. Please delete reference to the unmarked grave. Thank you. Virginia D.
RE: Walter Sabins #138756600 Hi Rich, You're most welcome. That was a quick turnaround! I believe your #138756600 had more Birth & Death information than Walter Sabins #15445575, as well as some family links. I didn't put in edits for those. Is that info still readily available? Thanks, Buddy
Stephen A Combs In researching my family tree, I have discovered my gr-gr grandfather Louis/Lewis Albeck was first married to Emeline Frisby Shapter. They had two sons that we know of Stephen 1864 and Edward 1866. Emeline died and then he married Harriet Fitzhenry. They had Lewis A 1876, George 1879 (my gr grandfather) and possibly one daughter.
We never knew about the family this far back until now and I was curious about what happened to all these people, so I started digging deep.
I have reason to believe that this Stephen Albeck Combs mother was Emily Albeck (daughter to Stephen and grandaughter to Louis/Lewis).
I found your memorial on find a grave and wondered if you might be able to help me. Thank you in advance, Sara You may also contact me directly at email@example.com
Thank you Thank you for the photo of my grandfather's grave. I have never been to the cemetery and had never seen it until now. Thank you for your kind words about his military service. You are a great soul for doing this.
Kissick edits & links Hi Rich, Once again...and I repeat again (for at least the 7th or 8th time, if not more)...you've helped me piece together some extended branches on my tree; this time with the many Kissick edits & links to my Giesy bloodline on my mother's side. You found the graves and this gave me the opportunity to piece them together. I can't thank you enough! Best regards, Jim Allingham Lansdale, PA
