Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello- I believe this is one of the best genealogical web sites there is. Others usually just list names and dates. F.A.G. offers so much more. It becomes personal. I go to the cemeteries and take pictures so that those who cannot go can still visit their loved ones. It is also great for those finding their roots. No one should be forgotten. I want to thank all the folks who took the time to visit my virtual cemeteries, especially my Father and Mother, Michael Fedoush Jr. #12235346, and Pauline Fedoush #12235351. Peace to all of you.

If you request a memorial transfer I will be glad to do so but please state your relationship, and use the edit tab, that way all the information I need to make the transfer will be there.

Sorry I never replied to your message. Must have missed it. I would like Maggie to be transferred if you would be so kind.

Thanks, Ann

RE: Adding Kids
Rich, thank you for your kind guidance! I've stumbled a bit, but I think I've got it. I appreciate your encouragement in the first place that help move me from just a consumer of Find A Grave to a participant. I submitted a large number of link changes to help bind families across the nation together, and many of them have already been approved!

I'm amazed that there are so many people out there with such high numbers of submitted graves, and I'm also grateful for their dedication and devotion. It took me awhile to just do the two... It's hard to imagine thousands!

Again, thank you for your gentle suggestion in trying to do it myself. I guess I didn't think I had much to contribute.

How do you add kids?
Rich, I'm trying to figure out how to add kids to Joseph's page (at least the links to them). Do I have to find each kid, and ask the person who runs that page to add their father's link to that page?
Is there a way to add a wife whose grave I don't know yet, as a name/spacer/place marker for the child they had?

LOL... I created Joseph's memorial too
...and then asked June for permission to use her photo. I then saw your request of her as well.

Would you mind me taking Joseph? (I'm still learning, and I need to find out how to add his children on to his memorial.)

Thanks for encouraging me to try. I did it! (Took a bit longer than I expected, since I found some discrepencies in my own records and had to figure them out.)

RE: Joseph A. Leonard
Okay, I wanna do it! I guess I click on Add Burial Records, and follow what it says, right?

And once done, I can add his other two wives and kids' info? (at least what I know)

RE: Joseph A. Leonard
I believe they are buried together, given the content on the stone. He died 3 years before her which could be accounted for her details being added below his on the same stone.

I'll be honest, I've never done this before.

Thank you! And a small request
Rich, first off, THANK YOU for the time and effort you spend in taking pictures of graves and making them available for others to view for their genealogical and memorial efforts.

I FINALLY found the grave of my 3rd gr.grandfather, which you took. However, it's listed only under his 3rd wife's name (which I just found today).

The grave is located at https://secure.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=146451438

Could you make a reference to Joseph A. Leonard as well, since his name is seen at the top of the stone, along with his birth/death years and his Co. K, 93rd PA Vol. designation.

Thank you!

Justin

Ok thanks, I've added memorials for a few of his siblings but haven't been able to find his parents yet
