|My family spent many afternoons visiting family cemeteries and historical cemeteries both in the United States and Germany. We would stroll together, taking notes and pictures, gently touching the stones, whispering greetings, shedding a tear or two, and always careful of our steps. I felt like I knew everyone in those cemeteries even though thay had passed away decades, even centuries, before my birth.|

You claimed my request for photo of James Brown marker, 1878-1953, and I thank you! Also would like to know if his wife is there, Mamie Priscilla May (Luttrell) Brown, 1892-1981. Any info much appreciated.

Cindy I so you posted someone on the Howell Cemetery and I have a request for Find A Grave at that cemetery but it does not give directions to that cemetery. It is in Gates County and that is where I live in Gates county, it is a large area and need to know how to get there. Could you help me on this since you posted on it

Thank you for the photo for this memorial on findagrave. I appreciate your time and efforts. Not only does this help my research but will help many generations to connect with their ancestors.
Keep up the good work! Paula

I was not looking for the Lawrence Cemetery. I wanted a photo of the Margaret Baker Wynns headstone. I am related to the Bakers of Buckland in Gates County.
