Also Stewart may be listed as his middle name on his grave stone. I forget it at the moment, I think it started with an A. He didn't use his 1st name.

Stewart is buried in Forest Lawn, not directly next to his wife. It is a ground grave. I went to it several times as a young child in the early 80s. It may have grown over with grass by now. I am not sure. I have been trying to track the exact location for years, since my grandmother was alive. Unfortunately she had forgotten herself. She was handicap, so in her older age it was too much for her to get to visit the site. But I am glad you posted Lillian's because I know from what my Aunt told me that she is right near Stewart, just not directly next to him. I remember as a child a busy street near Stewart's grave site. I would like to visit Lillian too. I appreciate your contribution on here. I majored in both Philosophy and History in college, so I probably understand your help more than the average person. My other great grandparents (on my father's side) are in the cemetery too. Pretty neat they are only a few feet from President McKinley. Funny because my great grandpa came here illegally, and bootlegged during prohibition. It just sounds like a true American story so I enjoy sharing it. God bless. Thank you for your contributions. I sometimes go to the cemetery by me and clear the old ground Graves with grass growing over them or dirt and leaves. That's why I say I want a grave stone that sticks up at least a couple inches. LoL! :-)
|Simon Rickard||Agnes Weissenburger|
I've just discovered the information about the grave of Agnes Weissenburger on the Find A Grave website via the Ancestry.co.uk site.
I live in the UK and Agnes to me was a G-G-G-Aunt through my Mum's maternal side of the family. She was born as Agnes Hennegan in St Catherines, Ontario, Canada and she married George Weissenberger in 1891. I'm not sure when she moved across the border to the USA.
Thanks for the Hudson updates, and thanks for all that you do on Find-a-Grave! I've found lots of family members because of your efforts.

I've been trying to find a the grave for Nellie, she was George R. Fishes wife, to no avail, very frustrating, I've been all over Ancestry .com nothing about her death. She was born in 1876 somewhere in NY. her parents were born in Ireland, I think her mother was Mary, not sure about the father, her last name can also be spelled Nee-Gallavan. I thought she might be buried with her husband in the United German & French Cemetery, but she's not listed. any ideas would be appreciated.
