Caryn, thanks for your edit concerning Stephen Delano. As you would imagine since the other memorial is not located in The North Marion Cemetery I would not have seen it and as I created memorial 142599834 from a physical transcript (which listed his cenotaph). I'm sorry someone used your photo, hopefully you reported that to Find A Grave. I have just contacted them to merge the memorials, as a cenotaph must be memorialized in the cemetery in which it exists. If the member who created the lost at sea memorial can be convinced to move it to North Marion I will remove the one I created. Thanks for your work on this. Jim

Hi Caryn I got your message about the duplicate memorials. I probably didn't catch it because the last names are different. records for the Hamblin/ Hamlin family appear in both spellings. I don't know that other duplicates in the spelling of Hamblin won't be created again in the future since this is the more common spelling of the name. Thoughts? Ideas? you can message me again though the memorial if you'd like.

RE: Jane Dimmick
So sorry are right and I am wrong!! You want to change her maiden name to Palmer and link her to her first spouse Lewis Parker.

Foggy brain and reading things wrong on my part...that's what I get for trying to do 17 edits at 11pm!! Thanks for all your hard work/research..

Good luck with your genealogy,

I'm a little confused with 2 of your is to add the link to her father...last name of Parker...and the 2nd is to change her maiden name from Parker to Palmer. Shouldn't her maiden name stay as Parker??
