Elsie Koon's obituary appeared in The Athens News, Athens, GA 15 Mar 2008.
Additionally, the 1930 census lists Clifford and Clara Marie Lanning Koon as her parents. Is that enough information?

I was wondering if I can use your photos for my Ancestry pages. I will definitely give you credit. Thank you. - Darlene

1880 census - Harrison, Licking, Ohio, United States
Have also found her in the 1900 census with her mother and brother James, the 1910 census with her sister Mary Bates Lucas, and the 1920 census with her mother and sister Mary Bates Lucas.
100% sure Kittie is the daughter of Myron and Frances Bates and the brother of John, James, and Mary Bates Lucas.
ps James is buried in Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH 21 Oct 1918, as per is death cert.

|Stephanie||RE: Deborah Moore|
Hi, Ron. Estill is Alvis' middle name. I am her daughter. Alvis Estill May and Gertrude Gladys May are her parents. We wrote the obit to include her parents' first and middle names, as they were often called by one or the other. Thanks.
