|I have been doing genealogy for a number of years, and I am an avid volunteer. The information on FINDAGRAVE is provided by thousands of volunteers. Please let's not forget we are ALL volunteers. |
If you find errors on any of my submitted items, please be so kind and let me know so I can correct them. It's important for all of us hobby-family-researchers and historians to remain accurate in the data we publish.
If you would like a memorial transferred to you (per F.A.G. guidelines), please use the EDIT tab on the specific memorial and send me a SAC ("suggest a correction"), it provides me with your note AND a link to the memorial you are referring to. Don't forget your member number. Please don't expect me to research it.
My family research is generally in Jefferson County, York County and Bradford County, Pennsylvania.

No problem, there's time.
If they(Prospect Hill) have no record, you may want to get in touch with the York Heritage Trust in York. They have genealogical records and obits there and may be able to locate Benjamin for you.
You can call at 717-848-1587 or they are located at 250 East Market St., York Pa 17403. Or you can just google them. There's more info on the site.
Let me know what happens.

Noticed you have a request for Benjamin at Greenmount Cemetery in York,Pa. I'll be going out this summer and spring to fill photo requests. According to the cemetery page this Cemetery, managed by Prospect Hill, charges a fee if you are not a relative to look up a location. If you call them at 717-843-8006 and identify yourself as a relative, hopefully they will give you a location and you can send the information to me and I will fill it later on this spring or summer.
Thanks and have a great tomorrow!

I thank you tom for your kind work. We visited the Allegheny Cemetery in early summer, 1013 and found the four stone markers on my 5X great grandparents. Your help was immeasurable.

I am a member of the First Congregational Church of Etna who owns the cemetary. We recently cleaned up the cemetary with some new improvements so if you want to update the photos you can. I am leader of the history team here and we have all records of the cemetary if you want further info.
