Love family history. I'm so grateful for all those family members who led the way for us. Grateful for their faith and sacrifices.|
Thank you to the countless F.A.G. volunteers who've been taking pictures of my ancestors headstones and adding information.

You're welcome! I'm guessing that plaque that was added to his stone is fairly new. A photo of it has already been added to his findagrave memorial. It looked very new in person.

Hi Linda. It was just coincidence. I was at the cemetery yesterday looking for unphotographed headstones and took the photos of Dean's. i posted them last night, late. Lol. David

Hello Linda, I noticed that you posted on the memorial page of Sylvanus Sr., father of Joseph Brimhall, that Sylvanus is your 4th great grandfather. Sylvanus is also my 4th great grandfather. Something in common we have. Mary M.

That's a good idea, though it's awfully remote!
I finally posted the picture of the back of the monument. Hope you can read it - it only seemed to have dates of death.

I have taken a picture of the back of the monument, as requested. It is barely decipherable but seems to only have dates of death on it. I will post it soon.

I will try to get the picture of your ancestors grave for you. The cemetery only has 2 or 3 stones standing. A man I know was trying to fix the stones and was told to stop. But I will look for Henry's. Right now there's quite a bit of snow here yet.
I think Malena's memorial says all that is officially known. (Many women choose to use the surname of their children - whether she was divorced from either husband is something I have not researched; perhaps her son chose her gravestone) - Utah State always sends the last LEGAL surname at death, but the stone definitely reads BRIMHALL.
That is why I put this explanation on her memorial:
Magdalina "Malena" Zundel BRIMHALL MILLER is on the official Utah State Death Register as MAGDALINA MILLER, her last LEGAL name. Her stone reads MALENA Z. BRIMHALL.
Daughter of Sarah Forstner and Jacob Zundel.
She married 1856 (1) Noah Brimhall; they had only one child, a son: Jacob Alphonzo Brimhall, 1858-1921. He married Clara Bell Brown, widow of Wheeler.
Magdalina married 1870 (2) John Miller.
She is buried alongside her son, Jacob Alphonzo Brimhall, in her father's family lot.

Would you like me to transfer her memorial to you?

I am still trying to find more information on these memorials. I tried to enter all memorials and take photos of the monuments as this cemetery was not listed on Find A Grave at that time. Got all that I could and my photo's were not too good, just thought it was better than having no information at all. Keep checking back the next few days as I may change or add information for Chapin and Ellinger. Thanks. Let me know if you find anything.
