|Shirley Wadell||Lewis Bell Memorial #73204009|
Donna: I have a question about the parentage of Lewis Bell 1850-1925. You have his mother as Jane Bell 1821-1880. I'm finding that some researchers have her and Josiah Owens as the 'so called' parents of Lewis Bell [some even have she was a concubine 1/2 Cherokee]. Why would the children take their mother's maiden name and not their father's last name? Do you know any history on this branch of the family?
Thanks, Shirley Wadell :)

Donna: Thank you so very much! I am directly related to them.

Hi. Robert Bruce McCullough born was 24 March 1873 not Mar 21, 1871. His tombstone shows 1873 also.
Thank you so much! :)

Please go to Lee Cemetery, Hardin Co.set up a new memorial and send request for that photo. If you set up the memorial at Otterbein cemetery you should probably delete it. Ellen Headington.

How sure are you that Benjamin is buried in Otterbein?, I could not find him there, and he is not listed in the Otterbein cemetery book. I found a Benjamin with matching years next to a grave of Amos Kellyin Lee cemetery. I have those to photos. Let me know if this is right. Ellen Headington

|A. G.||Robert Phillips Civil War Enrollment Info|
I've been working on Robert Phillips 1818-1900 born in Ohio, died in MO. It says on his profile that he was a sergent in the Civil War and enrolled Aug. 8, 1862 in Marshfield, Mo., 74 reg. co.G. I've tried finding that Info and cant. Do you know where I can find this info online or thru ancestry.com. Did they have draft cards with good info back then on it?

Donna, Thanks so much for the transfer of William and Ruth Clouse and for the information you sent me. I really appreciate the help and I appreciate you making their memorials in the first place so that we could find them. Karen
