I am always on the lookout for unusual names, have added quite a few that are the only one listed, which is hard to do on here.I will always do the edit, but do not write everybody to let them know I did..I get so many edit requests, and do not mind doing them at all...Thanks .I live in Baton Rouge La.Though I have listings in many states,most are within a days drive on my home.I really enjoy fulfilling photo requests, it is like a treasure hunt, and I like knowing I am helping a loved one connect in some small way.I love driving back roads and finding cemeteries in the middle of nowhere.I add veterans of most all the wars,as a small tribute to those that have shaped our country. But I have a special affinity for the guys of World War II.These soldiers are the reason today we are a free country and we are losing them at a rate of over 1100 a day.Take time out to thank them .And then there are the ones that reach out and for whatever reason touch me.I also seek any family last names, such as Cox,Cover,Vaughn.I usually enter the info directly from the grave marker, but will add any info requested.If any errors are found please let me know and I will correct.I do find such peace and love and sadness while walking these sites. Also every one of these I have entered I actually walked the cemetery.Therefore a little more personal to me. .I want to apologize for all my errors.When I first started entering graves 14 years ago, i wrote the info down and transferred it, many times it was raining or I just could not understand my writing. Later years I add from a picture usually.So please forgive my early attempts.|

|Spirit Consort||RE: Louisiana Flooding|
Thank you for your reply, Bobby. So very sorry to hear the news. You have much appreciation from me for all the grave monuments you found, took photos and posted them when others could not find them. I will be praying for your recovery. You have lots of work ahead to record the historic condition of the cemeteries after the water recedes.
You are special! Hang in there!

Thinking of YOU! Do not know your home base, but think you are in Louisiana. Has the flooding given you any problems?
Rita Graves and Mary Agnes Hammett have both been displaced by the flooding. Praying for them and their families plus all in Louisiana displaced by the flooding.
