I have always been facinated by cemeteries. I grew up across the street from a large cemetery in Hot Springs, Arkansas and would spend my summer afternoons wondering through the graves admiring the unique headstones. This love has followed me to adulthood as I travel with my job and prefer to pack a lunch and find a lovely cemetery to eat at and wander through than to eat in a restaurant. I just recently found Find A Grave when I began doing genealogy research. I was so touched to see that someone had been sweet and taken a photo of my baby girl's headstone and realized what a wonderful way to be productive when traveling Arkansas and enjoying my lunches and cemeteries.|
I give my permission for family members to use the pictures of headstones that I have taken. I keep all of my pictures and will be happy to provide a high resolution picture through email.

I would like to request transfer of the Alice Burks Dunlap Davis (1857-1903) She is the daughter of John Dunlap & Elizabeth McClain of Fairfield, Rockbridge County, Virginia. I have been attempting to locate members of this family for some time.

Freida, for some reason recently I have been thinking about an old friend that I knew many many years ago and typed her name into Google and I found a grave with her name. From the description of her family and herself, I believe that it is her. Do you have any contact numbers for anyone in her family? I would love to know if her two sisters that I knew also, are still living.
Thank you so much for any information.
My email address is email@example.com.

I am researching my Gr Grandmothers family, Surname Person. My G. Grandmothers name was Eliza Jane Person & was born on December 25, 1842 in Independence County, AR.
Your photo of Annie May Person's stone has intrigued me. Annie May was born on Dec 25 witch is the same date as my gr grandmother & died in March. I can't read the rest of the words or numbers on the stone. I haven't been able to find any records regarding her.
The grave stone is in Martin Cemetery, Little Rock, "Find a Grave #44113452." I live in Colorado & have planned to come thru Little Rock just for this but it doesn't seem to be happening.
I would appreciate any help you might provide.
