Thank You! Excellent photographs! I love getting a surprise, I didn't know that Morris married a second time when he was 79 years old.
Thanks for what you do,

RE: Melvin W. Hudson
I can't say for sure. I can't find anything that shows a middle name. I documented his birth through the 1910 census and no middle initial was used. His death certificate does not list a middle initial. But that doesn't mean much. My Dad didn't have a middle name and a lot of the references I've found to him give him one. I was told that Melvin was buried in Bethsaida Y Cemetery. I know from his death certificate that he died in Bivins, Cass County, Texas. I could check other cemeteries in Cass County to see if he is there before I have you post the picture. Thank you, thank you so very much for your help.

William Edward Griffin
Mu husband is a greatgrandson of William Edward Griffin. I noticed the memorial headstone regarding serving in the Civil War. I am interested in learning who placed the memorial. If you have any information regarding the cemetery association for Laws Chapel or the person that placed the headstone I would really like to contact them. Thank you for your help in the matter.
