RE: Joseph Terry Williams
I wish I had better news for you. I can tell you I am almost for sure Terry Williams was not buried in the Holliday Cemetery. We have recovered what we feel are almost all graves ( a slight possibility that his grave has not been discovered yet) we are still looking. My guess is he was buried in the Phineas Hall Cemetery.
I had a list made in 1979 of names that some one had recorded they saw in that cemetery. That is all I had to go by when I started looking for stones. His name was not on that list. I feel we did not find all the stones. Some were buried very deep and we spent a month digging and looking for anything we could find. I have pieces of stones, some with some dates or one word that we could never complete but nothing that would match up with your name. That property has been sold now and I will probably not get another chance to see if I can find more stones. Will keep you in mind and if anything comes up will be sure to let you know. Happy hunting. Lois

RE: tombstone
If you go to her memorial, you can press picture button and request that someone take a photo. You don't have to be the originator to do this. Good luck.

Jesee Winchell family
Does anyone know the boy that was adopted by Jesse & Etta Winchell in 1904? From what I hear, he was 6 weeks old. His name was Thomas Claiborne Winchell b Mar 17,1904. He is living with the Winchells 1910 Noble Co, OK. Arlie is not with them at this time. Arlie is found in the 1925 Wyandotte Co, KS census with the Winchells. Trying to find Thomas' birth parents.

Did this Earp teach school at Carney, Lincoln Co., Okla. I had a teacher that looked like he could have been this person.

Earp Family
Gerry, Would like to share with you a very interesting "query" (dtd.: 1968) that I discovered many years ago. It was submitted by Mr. Ernest F. Earp (Longdale, OK) to the "Family Puzzler," published in Danielsville, GA and is no longer in publication. I've incl. the Earp (incl. related families) to F.A.G. web site. Look forward to hearing from you.

RE: William Orr
No. I'm no relation. You might call Gerald Orr (217) 985-3705. He's an elderly man who lives in that area. I've heard his wife or sister-in-law does genealogy.
