|Helen Mathis||Walter Dermitt|
I posted a picture of Mr. Dermitt's headstone.
Just to let you know that he is buried in Garden of Memories not Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
They are two separate cemeteries.

Happy to do it. If you would like me to transfer management of Catherine Ford, please let me know.
|Ernie Wright||Adolphus Spence II|
You provided a pic of Mr. Spence on his Find A Grave memorial and his wife has a connection to my maternal line. I was wondering if you are related to the Spence family or to Ruth Lilly Spence ?

You're very welcome. Sorry the stone is in such bad shape that it's getting difficult to read the inscription.
|chrisw||Lawrence Cemetery Burial-Witze|
FindaGrave shows an unidentified Witze (perhaps my g-grandfather's brother?) buried there. Does Lawrence know about when/what time frame this burial took place? How do they have his name if records lost? Is there a gravestone? My ancestor died aboard the hospital ship Falcon on 20 June 1866 after getting typhoid on the trip over from Hamburg (while immigrating). There were several burial sites on Long Island for situations like this, and I wonder if he ended up in Lawrence. Thanks.
