I have been researching my family history for about 7 years. My interests are in finding my Italian ancestors who came across the pond to live in Philadelphia. I also am working on Germany and the Pittsburgh area. I moved to New Hampshire from Philadelphia in 1981. I lived there until our most recent move to Arizona.|

|Dean Lillis||RE: Hyde, Colby|
Hello Michelle, thank you for helping out here. I hope I do not confuse things. As for Alonzo Colby, I believe the change there needs to reflect that Charlotte Carpenter Hyde Colby, his wife, was the daughter of Hiel Hyde #96348223, and Sarah Ann Carpenter Hyde #96348469. Hiel and Sarah had five children: Lucy Woodward Hyde (1833-1882), Charlotte Carpenter Hyde (1835-1924),Charles Francis Hyde (1839-1862), Mary Ann Hyde 1844-1850,and a second Mary Ann Hyde 1850-1883).
Charles died in the Soldiers Home in Washington DC and is buried in the US Soldiers and Airmen's National Cemetery there. He is listed on Hiel's grave marker in memorial#96347636
Alonzo Colby's father was Levi Colby buried in Head Cemetery #55431998, and mother was Dolly G Davis, Head Cemetery #55431851.
I have submitted several changes request for consideration to date, and do not want to over load the system. Actually the biggest find was that of the burial site and death date of Lucy Woodward Hyde Brown Abbott. At least we have made a good connection there to our great great grandfather Frederick Cochran Abbott. And finding Charles Francis Hyde's burial site in Washington DC. thanks again and sorry for all the trouble I am causing.

Thank You for your note, it is appreciated Happy Holidays Blumokitty

Thank you for the transfer. I asked for Sarah's transfer not knowing whether you would respond. Would also appreciate consideration of a transfer of her husband Samuel, 113318933, which I will also do directly through an SAC.
|Don Blauvelt||Sarah (McAllister) Kennison|
While your memorial for Sarah Kennison is a duplicate, that is not what I am writing about. You read the gravestone as dying in the year 1840 but the early memorial for the same person read the date of death as the year 1846. Both say she was 80 years old at death. Yours places her birth as 1760 and the other at 1766. The gravestone's form of lettering doesn't lend itself to reading the date from a photo attached to her memorial.
On Mar. 6, 1786 at Pembroke, Sarah "McColester" [McAllister] m. Samuel Kennison, they both of Bow. As you are aware, Bow, Pembroke and Allenstown form a triangle immediately south of Concord. As you are no longer residing in New Hampshire, I would appreciate consideration of a transfer of the memorial so that the year of death can be reverified and merged with the earlier one.
Sarah (McAllister) Kennison was the dau. of Andrew McAllister and Rebecca Robinson of Pembroke, the former the son of my ancestors and younger brother of my ancestor. Sarah is Andrew's last child to document and link to her parents.
Thanking you in advance
P.S. I also sent this same message as an SAC through the memorial itself.

Thank you but she is not my family either. I was doing the same thing. I went out there yesterday and photographed all of the headstones. I have one person to add maybe two. If you'd like control of the pages after I make them I will give them to you. Or I could send you the pictures and you can make the pages. Thanks Valerie

According to the headstone she died in 1897. I'm pretty sure it's the one you're looking for.

I thank you very much for adding the link.
Thanks for your activity on Find a Grave:-D
|Slowweb||RE: Nathaniel Heath|
Hi Michelle, Thanks for offering to transfer him, but it's not necessary. Nathaniel is quite a distant cousin; we have a common ancestor in the 1600's. I'm just pleased you found him. My dead relatives seem to favor somewhat out-of-the-way spots for their repose, so it can take a long while for anybody to bother going there. I appreciate the people who do :)
