My wife & I have been photographing cemeteries for several years now. We started just as a way to help document our family research, but with digital cameras and memory being so cheap, we thought we might as well take as many photos as we could since we were out there anyway and not everyone can make the trip to visit the graves of their loved ones. |

|Christine||John Wilson Black|
The problem is that this is not John Wilson Black but John Wesley Black who married Sarah C Jordan. I am still trying to track down John Wilson Black's gravestone in Denning Cemetery. John Wilson Black died of injuries sustained in the 1925 Tri-State Tornado when he was visiting his daughter, Lillie, in Franklin County.

If facing the Church of Christ church go to your right (north) one mile. On the left (same side of church) up on a hill in the woods is the cemetery. It is on private property. You cannot see it from the road. Co-ordinance are: 35.052484 x -88.707552. There is a gate on the private property with the address of 2275 Cypress Tank. The cemetery is about 2000 feet north of this gate. Hope that this helps you!

|Debora Hill Nichols||Memorial # 8167824 (Rev. James Hill)|
I was looking at James Hill's memorial and saw the questions about his parents. I was wondering if you are related to him or if someone else had asked that the questions be asked? I am researching his brother, John William A. Hill, who I believe is my grandfather. I thought maybe if you are related it may help us both get some answers.

Good day Jason, I was helping a friend find a family member in the Byrd Cemetery and noticed your name that had taken the picture. Clyde Hornbuckle was man's name that we were researching. I am curious to chat with you about the Presley's. Presley is my maiden name. Please look me up on Find A Grave # is 479662920....

At this point we are basically ancestors of his. But me and you are pretty much where cousins end so we still are kin lol Yes id love you to send that.I've let my brothers and sister know lol
|Margaret Presley Strickland ||awesome|
Not close but still pretty cool. Yes Boyd would be my uncle. Even though my grandmother was only Presley by marriage would you have anything on her. I couldn't get beyond her on ancestry.com. Don't think I even had a maiden name which would be very useful. Thanks for the info. Really am kin to the king lol
|Margaret Presley Strickland ||wow|
That's so cool. Well hello cousin lol I was always told Elvis was cousin of my great grandfather. Would that be accurate? Are we any relationship to Elvis

|william moss||brockett family|
my wife Kathryn Ann Moss is the daughter of Martha Hillyard Brockett.Martha is the daughter of Harry Lee Brockett who is the son of William Winn Brockett who in turn was the son of Benjamin Ives Brockett.I have been to West Union cemetery many times and have marveled at the rich family heritage of the Brocketts.My wife is related to the Brocketts,the Hillyards and the Marlins many of whom are buried in West Union.I am sorry that the church has fallen into disrepair. Several of us including Sam Kershaw and Virgil Hillyard(deceased)put up money to safe it but to no avail.I was glad to find this site and learn more about the Brockett family history, thanks William Moss
|Marjorie Crews||Ref:Charlotte Cobb Worley|
Hi Jason, I have a request, if possible. Is there a Grave Marker for Charlotte Cobb Worley, Memorial #113070592 in Cobb Cemetery? If there is one, a photo would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
