The human stories and history that can be found in cemeteries have facinated my husband and I for years. We are happy to share this facination with the Find A Grave community. Please contact us if you have any additional information to add to our memorials. Also, please feel free to use our pictures to enhance your family histories. A credit would be nice but not a requirement.|

You're very welcome :) I also put up a memorial and photo of his wife's gravestone, which was just next to his (she should be linked to his memorial). Glad to help!

Thank you for the information on Steve's parents. If you have additional info, I would appreciate it. Steve's daughters are my first cousins.

My gr. aunt was married to Clarence Johnson and he is also in a mausoleum next to Lulu. I want to thank you so much for taking the time to further research this. A picture would be great!

Checking on a great aunt of mine. I have information from the Fairmount Mausoleum that Lulu was born on 12-29-1878 and the date of death as 1-6-1966. According to the document she is entombed in section110 tier C and Floor Chapel. Her husband was Clarence H. Johnson, died 12-15-1949. According to your post on findagrave she died 12-1-1945. Just wondering where you had gotten this information, I think it might be wrong. Are you a relative? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

You are welcome, had the picture for quite some while but only recently determined he was the right person. Since he and his wife share the stone I have a picture of her inscription also and will provide that if I see a PR for it.

Suzy and Rob,
I was fairly sure because of what I had been told by my father and grandmother, however, I verified with the Fairmount Cemetery office. My grandfather, Fred Altman, Sr. is not buried at the cemetery. His body was cremated at Fairmount on October 22, 1940. The ashes were scattered along the Blue River here in Colorado. Since I already have a memorial for him (please see #48107811), please delete your memorial as it is a duplicate. Thanks.

Too confusing to me. I've transferred management to you so that you may make whatever changes need to be made.
