Bio Photo I grew up in LaFayette Alabama, but have lived in Columbus Georgia for the last forty one years. I worked in the carpet manufacturing business both in Columbus and LaGrange Georgia, retiring in 2001. I have always enjoyed walking through grave yards and reading the epitaphs.

Thank you so much for looking for Arna R. Jordan's marker..he may not have one. He is listed on GaGenWeb, Marion Co Cemeteries as buried in Liberty Cem. His parents and some of his siblings are buried there.

Joseph Douglas, #35942303
Regarding #35942303 for Jospeh Douglas (1773 - 1845) at Greenville Presbyterian Cemetery, in Greenville, Meriwether, GA .. I wonder if there was a head stone for his wife? Where there any other Douglas family member headstones?

Thank you for the photo. it was so far away from the US, that I did not think I would ever have the picture of our fallen family member in a far away country. Thanks again

Dear James, many thanks for a photo of the marker from my great uncle's grave in Saint Mihiel American Cemetery and Memorial in Lorraine, France. He and I share a middle name and I have always wanted to see where he was buried, but sadly have never had the opportunity to travel there. It is very nice to see his burial marker!

With best wishes, Laura
