RE: Cyrus Steele
Dear Wanda,
Thank you for your very prompt response. My husband wants me to try and make a family tree for Cyrus. I have done others. But my search has been somewhat limited since we only know that he was born in Ohio and did not have any other information. My husband thought that there may have been a second marrage somewhere along the line. I noted that Cyrus wife was also a Kauffman and her genology appears to already been done ( ? in a book) back to 1499. I have no information about siblings for Cyrus. I found one census from 1930 that only mentions Cyrus and his wife. I plan to go to our library that has one of the best genology sections in the US. Just need a few clues as to the starting points.

Again, thank you so much for your quick attention.

PS, I am also a retired RN. Now I have time to play!!

Cyrus Steele
I noted that you have put in pictures of the Steele family. I am trying to find the background on Cyrus Steele of Middlebury, IN. He is my husband David's grandfather. He had two sons, Alvin C. and John Steele. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Cyrus was married to Alva Kauffman Steele.

RE: Myers
Thank you, Wanda. You took care of that SO quickly! I've occasionally posted a photograph that turned out to have no connection to the memorial where I posted it; like you, I'm never sure how (or why) I did that. Anyway, thanks much!

Myers
Hi, Wanda,
The photographs you added to the memorial linked below don't seem to belong there. Would you please check?

Hi Wanda, Would you know if her parents are Emanuel E. and Ellennora Kaufman Troyer. There seems to be quite an age difference between her and Eli born in 1927.
Thanks,

Thank you for the photo of Joseph P. Hochstetler's marker (#8699318). Would it be OK with you if I post your photo, with credit to my Ancestry.com family tree (and any other photos I come across as I continue to research this family line)?
Thank you,
Sue S.
